Rick was born in Queens, New York. His family moved to Texas, where he attended the University of Texas and the Circle in the Square Conservatory, where he majored in Acting.
Rick previously starred in the daytime drama series Guiding Light as Alan-Michael Spaulding, for six years after coming from Days of Our Lives, where he portrayed 'Scott Banning', for a short stint.
His previous television series credits include guest starring roles on Charmed, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Two of A Kind.
When Rick is not working, he enjoys carpentry and wood working.
