Patrick speaks at an AA meeting at the hospital about why he started doing drugs. He wanted to dull the pain of losing his wife, who died a year ago. He almost lost everything but he has been able to hold on, 200 days and counting. Meanwhile Steve tells Olivia on the phone that her wet and wild visions were nothing just as Sabrina runs into him, spilling water all over him. He excuses himself to change and later Liz finds him sneaking a donut from the AA meeting. He admits he is stressed about his upcoming violent death and tells her about his run-in with Sabrina. Olivia’s visions always come true somehow but Liz reminds him they are open to interpretation. Later, Patrick goes to the chapel to light a candle for Robin and Sabrina is there. Sabrina tells him how lucky Emma is to have him. She reveals that her mom was her hero, but she died when she was little like Emma. Her father couldn’t function and sent her to live with cousins in Puerto Rico. She admires Patrick for pulling it together for Emma. She thinks about her mom all the time and even uses her old stethoscope to keep her close. He asks her to stay and they light candles together, one for her mom and one for Robin.

She apologizes for ever making him feel that night was his fault and thanks him for stopping her from shooting Sonny. They reminisce about all of their firsts together and wish on a shooting star. She wished for peace for Cole and Hope. He wished for peace for her. When they leave a man emerges and looks at the roadside memorial.
At Olivia's, Kate demands details about Trey’s final moments and is furious when she learns that Connie was the one who took Trey off life support. She calls Connie a symptom and after a couple of crocodile tears she had Sonny in bed with her. She tells him he will be waiting the rest of his life for her because neither of them is ever coming back to him. She runs off and he follows. Later, Olivia opens the door and Heather is there with a huge knife.

John still doesn’t believe he is a vampire, just musician Steven Clay who thought he was a vampire. Lucy tells him that is just an alias but John doesn’t buy it. Lucy points out some weapons on the wall, so they load up and head out. Anna shows up after and sees the article about escaped mental patient Steven Clay and notices the missing weapons.

He wants her to remember who they are to each other. He is her family. When he slept with Alison and she bore his child, that was Livvie’s fault for making that wish. She tore them apart but they have all eternity to put it back together. She hurt him when she ran off and had a child with some person but he will accept her son if she accepts his. It will take three times to taste her blood before it will all come back to her. He bares his fangs and she begs him to leave Danny alone. Lucy and crew arrive and Lucy shouts out to Caleb. She busts into the room but Danny is in there alone. Caleb has Sam in the closet.
