Dante and Lulu get in bed to celebrate the day they found their surrogate. Later, they toast to Rocko or Juliet. She is worried they are tempting fate by talking about names. Dante is not worried. The only reservation is the obvious – Maxie. He thinks one of them should be with her all the time. Lulu doesn’t want to squander the last nine or so months they have alone. They hit the sheets again, and after she suggests Maxie move in with them. He refuses. He still wants a life. If she does not trust Maxie then just put guidelines in the contract. She has not thought about a contract but he insists. But if the three of them live together they will not be able to be intimate.
Ellie asks Maxie about the ultimatum she gave Spin when she gets back to the apartment. Airing her feelings is the surest way to exorcize them. Plus, she wants to repair the rift between her and Maxie too. Maxie insists she has already has moved on. An amazing opportunity fell in her lap. She is going to be Dante and Lulu’s surrogate. Spin is stunned and is not so sure it is good news. Ellie is impressed – she was wrong about her. Later, Maxie listens in as Spin worries about her. When they are alone she lets him know she is still upset he chose Ellie over her.
Tea, Carly, Skye, Blair and Todd wait for Tomas at Tea’s in Llanview. A CIA agent arrvies with info about Tea’s brother. Blair demands to know when her fiancé will be back and he breaks the news that there will be no wedding, much to Todd’s delight. Agent Delgado has been called out of the country on an old case. Carly shows him a picture of Lorenzo/Tomas and asks what his real name is. He demurs, so Blair threatens to sic her aunt Dorian on him. He has nothing to tell them and leaves. Blair snacks Todd across the face when he apologizes. Carly tries to convince Blair about Lorenzo but Blair is going to go find Tomas and bring him home. Tea is going too. So is Skye. Later, Carly questions Todd about his involvement in all of this. He swears he did not have anything to do with this. She wonders if this means there is still hope for Todd and Blair.
Robert greets Helena at Wyndemere. He understands that she wants him dead but he wants information on one of her former associates – Faison. She is confused – he has been dead for ages. Robert asks what it will take for her to tell him what he needs to know. She’ll tell him what she can if he tells her why. He lays out why he thinks Faison is passing himself off as Lavery. Afterward, she accuses him of being delusional for believing this, although the part about the LSD was her favorite. She assures him that Fasion is dead. If he was alive she would have found him a long time ago and killed him herself.
At the Haunted Star, Anna tells Fake Duke that she wants to take their time getting to know each other. He knows he is not the man she fell in love with, but it seems unjust she is holding him at arm’s length. He is not blaming her, but the circumstances. She needs him to respect her feelings. If they don’t move slowly they will have anything at all. He agrees to take it slow. He doesn’t want to lose her. She assures him there is no risk. He asks her to go away with him, somewhere isolated, for a few days. Maybe Silver Mountain where they used to go. She corrects him – it was the mountain next to it. She asks for time to think about the trip. Later, Helena calls Fake Duke and tells him Robert is on to him.
Robert runs into Anna at the Metro Court and stops himself from telling her something.
