Is Billy Miller (ex-Billy Abbot, "The Young And The Restless") about to become the newest resident of Port Charles? According to TV Guide's Michael Logan, he just might. Last night Logan tweeted the following.

Miller left "The Young And The Restless" in December of 2013 after failing to come to an agreement on a new contract with the show. Miller was a fan favorite on the show, playing Billy Abbot from 2008 to 2014. He earned two Emmy awards for the role.

Fans have already been buzzing about the possibility of Miller joining the show and many believe he may be a recast Jason Morgan, last played by Steve Burton ("Y&R's" Dylan). Soaps.com will keep you updated on the latest news about Miller's status.
