Scott Clifton originated the role of Dillon Quartermaine on General Hospital in 2003. Troubled yet good-hearted, Dillon must tackle growing up in Port Charles under the watchful eye of his grandfather, Edward Quartermaine. Although extremely intelligent and well-traveled, Dillon experiences young love for the first time with the unconventional, brainy yet beautiful Georgie Jones. In 2004 and 2005, Scott was an Emmy nominee for his role in the category of Best Younger Actor in a Daytime Drama.
Scott knew he wanted to be an actor at the young age of nine, after his mother gave him a copy of Shakespeare's Hamlet. He began his professional acting career three years ago, when he joined the cast of MTV's Undressed. His film credits include such films as Terminal Error and Arizona Summer.
During his time off, Scott enjoys writing and recording music. He is a fan of Matchbox 20, Evanescence, Nickleback and Three Door Down.
He resides in Los Angeles.
