    Good morning all

    Hope our show is good today, (who am I kidding) lololol. So disappointed in our show lately nothing really to cheer for anymore. can't wait until May sweeps to get rid of Gabi, wish we would know how she is taken out?? Well not much more to say about yesterday's show, just hoping something happens today to get us talking. Come on writers give us a good S/L to keep us watching. JMO. back later.

    Good morning everyone

    I too am looking forward to Gabi leaving. She can ride off into the sunset with Nick and leave Rafe to be comforted by Jordan about how stupid his sister is as far as I'm concerned. I find the Nick/Gabi s/l BORING. The only thing I liked yesterday really was Will and Sonny getting ready for their wedding, and even so I was annoyed they didn't show us when they asked JJ to be a part of it. With all the people who seem to NOT want to give JJ a chance to show he's not the messed up kid he was last year, it would have been touching to see Will and Sonny want him to be in the wedding. Maybe they wrote it that way and someone decided to delete the scene because of time constraints?

    Anyway today I think Jen will be on and I hope we will see Daniel, Nicole, Eric, JJ. I think I'm in the minority but those are the people I want to see...even Jen, lately... too bad we have to have Liam being creepy every time she's on...

    @Coachjack I so want some of these S/L to get tied up soon. They have to many stalkers, loonies and sex starved people on this show one S/L would have been enough and so much blackmailing go on I can't keep up with who is blackmailing who anymore. Lololol.

    @LGM
    ITA ITA ITA!!!! I think Marlena needs to open her practice again for all these people or they need the psychologist from my fan fic. (I'd be happy to sell the character to them hehehe). Too many loons! It's way out of balance. I keep reading people expect Theresa to redeem herself because of this Liam thing, I don't think she is very redeemable at this point unfortunately. She and Anne are unnecessary and I'd like to see Kayla clean house at that hospital. They need to bring on more doctors so Daniel isn't doing all the work lol. And Hope needs some more assistance at the police station, I'd like to see her and Rafe get into a case together and Aiden defend whoever it is they think did it.

    Good day all **************OFF TOPIC************ I am just getting my day started at work. I stopped by Subway this morning and got a nice beautiful spinach based salad FOR lunch. I am trying to drop a few pounds. So I've been making smoothies for breakfast, I usually have a nice healthy lunch and sometimes I also make a smoothie for dinner. Usually in my smoothies like today, I add: spinach, apples, strawberries, banana's, raspberries, blueberries and I top it off with flax-seed and water. Yummy and healthy and it really keeps me full and satisfied till lunch. I also only drink water, tea and coffee. When I was in the hospital I had a few soda's because they had me on a liquid diet and that beef broth they served me was horrific. I purchased the Nutri Bullet about three weeks ago and since then I've been trying to eat more healthy fruit and veggies. Not to say that I wasn't eating them before, just not the way I am ingesting them now. Wish me luck!! I wanna be smaller but not too small. I don't wear a bikini, I just want to look better in a swim suit even though, I can't swim but to be honest, I just want to be a healthier person for myself and my daughter!

    That is awesome Everlena!!!!! You go!!!! My roommate in NC had a Nutri Bullet and it was great. When I move into my own apartment I'm planning on getting one too. I found out there's a Farmer's Market near where I go to school and I am going to start buying fresh fruit and vegetables there instead of the supermarket once I start my classes.

    I think you are doing the right things for yourself. I am also trying to lose some weight. I have lost 20 lbs in the past two years and I have another 20 to go, this last 20 is stubborn though lol. A while ago my doctor told me my test results were borderline between diabetic and not. I saw a nutritionist who said my doctor was being overcautious but I cut out most sugar and I try to eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. I haven't had any sweets since my sister's birthday in December, when I had a tiny piece of cake, and I try to eat whole grains as much as possible too. My sister is also on the same diet and she has lost all the weight she gained when she was pregnant with the quads. She's more hardcore than me, she won't touch anything that has white flour or sugar in it. Anyway my last blood tests showed my blood sugar was in the right range.

    ************OFF TOPIC******Coach, I think that Nutri Bullet will be great investment. Last night after work, I went to the market because I needed more frozen fruit and Spinach. I had a a hand full of banana's, berries, veggies and nuts. I started talking to this lady and she told me she just had a smoothie that morning. I told her that I had lost four pounds since I started this three weeks ago. But, I have lost a total of 15 since the beginning of the year and that was just by leaving those addictive soda's ALONE. I told her that this new way of eating has done a lot for me especially cleared up my two toned skin. She responded by telling me that she was going to comment on how my skin was glowing. It's funny how people see you, compared to how you see yourself. I thanked her for the compliment and told myself that I had to be doing something right I even make smoothies for my mom and she loves them, Gabby on the other hand is a work in progress, but depending on what I add to her's, she likes most of them.

    THERE I'm finally back in. It kicked me out and then I had to sign in like 20 times lolololol. @Everlena I sent you an email instead, I got frustrated with not being able to get in. Anyway I think the Nutri Bullet is the way to go, especially if you have a Farmer's Market and can get fresh fruit and vegetables cheap.

    Coach, here in St. Louis, we have Soulard Market, it is one of the oldest farmers markets in the Midwest. I opens midweek thru Saturday. I haven't been down there yet to get what I need, but I plan to. They have some good veggies and fruit. Littleguysmom, I am feeling 100% better!
