Part Seven will be up probably Wednesday, but in the meantime here's a scene I thought you'd enjoy.

In Jen's office, Abby gave her mother the last of the printouts she'd been working on. “All the press contacts we've made are in the computer and I am out of here,” Abby said.

Jen tried to smile. “Do you have plans for tonight?”

“Well now that you mention it, I haven't seen Will and Sonny in a while. It just seems weird to think of socializing while JJ's in the hospital, you know?”

“I know. But we have to live our lives too. Anyway, he'll be home soon.”

“You know, Mom, with JJ here and me out of the house, maybe it would be a good time to take Liam up on that raincheck he offered you before JJ's hearing.”

“Maybe.” Jen could not imagine sitting down with Liam to a nice dinner and telling him...what? Her son was in trouble...again? Even without trying, JJ was probably going to scare Liam off.

“Come on, please Mom,” Abby begged. “I'm not going to be able to have a good time at Will's if I'm worried that you're sitting at home alone staring at the walls and worrying about JJ.”

    “Oh, I won't be. Don't worry.”

“Come on, Mom, I know you.”

“Really? I don't think so. Because if you knew me, Abigail, you'd know that moping is not on my agenda. I'm either going to call Liam or I'm going to get to the bottom of what the hell JJ was doing out in the rain in the first place.”

“Really?” Abby raised her eyebrows. “You promise you're not going to panic about JJ?”

“Apparently,” Jen said, “you don't remember what your father and I used to do whenever you tried to hide something from us.”

“No my dear mother, what was that?”

“Your father,” said Jennifer, “was not above using his investigative skills to smoke out whatever trouble you had gotten yourself into.” Jen smiled, but the smile faded. “I miss him,” she said softly. “But,” she went on, brightening, “since he's not here I'll just have to do it all myself. I am going to find out what your brother has been up to, and I am going to put a stop to whatever it is.”

Abby paused in the midst of zipping up her coat. She stared at her mother.

    “What?” Jen said.

“I don't know. It's like, I don't recognize you. Except... I do. You're like... the you you were with Dad before everything.”

“That's right,” Jen said. “I've been letting JJ get away with too much for too long. I saw his father in him and I didn't want to see it. But that's all changing now. JJ might have lost his father, but he hasn't lost his mother, and from now on he's going to know it.”

“Are you sure you don't want me to stay in and help?” Abby asked.

“No, no. Go have fun. I'm fine, I swear. I need the time to get things ready, because your brother is probably coming home tomorrow and this time I'm not going to let him get the upper hand on me.”

Abby walked out slowly, still not sure if her mother was all right. “You'd better not be in trouble, little brother,” she said under her breath, “because I think Mom just lost her mind.”

Looks like we are going to get some of that white stuff
in a couple hours.....calling for 6 to 8 inches before
it stops during the night..............Bet you guys
know where these two old folks will be!!! Oh yeah!!

HEY CEELO....this should make your day!!!!!

Allison Sweeney told Ellen that this was her last
year on DOOL..............said she'd be on this year...
and now she wants to spend time with her children since..
the girl is 5 and the boy is 9.

Wonder if Abby will be the new "other half" of the

Does this new Will really know who she is keen on??
Not feeling him like I did Chandler........really...
    no comparison.....looks or otherwise....MHO

Allison Sweeney's hair looked like a rag mop today and
    that outfit................REALLY!!!!

Nicole is precious...even just wrapped in a blanket
or towel and tied to a pole............gorgeous lady!! glad to see you are feeling better
and lets hope that the same goes for Ladybelle...........
and since we are not sure....lets form the circle of
love hug and wrap it all around her....just in case!!

You guys take care in all this miserable weather.

    Oh....sharing a sad story with you....a 14 yr. old
boy with autism died in a home fire over the week-end.
As you all are aware....children do not follow when
they suffer from autism....they are inclined to go
the opposite direction...and that is what he did in
    this incident....Everyone else escaped.....the firemen
found him at the living room window....already passed.

Fire chief said when the first responders arrived within
10 minutes of the 911.........the house was already
engulfed and there would be no survivors......if they
were not out already.......God rest his precious soul!

I have to say, Nicole is such a talented actress to be able to pull you in and feel like you are feeling what she feels. She was just amazing IMO. Not sure how I feel about her and Eric but they both pulled that episode off and should get 10 stars.

Posted by bearigan at Tuesday, January 21 2014 04:46 AM

ldiablo, Brady is too busy at his pity party to notice or care anything about anyone else. He and Abigail should get together and have their woe is me pity party and keep it among themselves only. They don't need to bring down the whole town of Salem.

Posted by bearigan at Tuesday, January 21 2014 04:59 AM

Maybe Brady was playing dumb, when he suddenly decided to leave the airport and change his traveling plans. Maybe he did recognize Dr. ChubbaLubba and being very nonchalant so maybe he could get out of there and contact Daniel, when he should contact SPD, but we all know they are inept and others always does their investigations. Whoever said that maybe Sami is the one having someone follow EJ with the camera, that IMO would be an excellent idea. I could tell Sami was not 100 percent in her love confession to EJ and it was like a cover up to catch him at his own games. Sami is by no means dumb and I think she could see through Abigail and Gabi with all the bragging they were doing on Ej's behalf. That would be so funny for her to catch him.

Posted by bearigan at Tuesday, January 21 2014 05:40 AM

I also read where Sami will be leaving Days after his year. I am not a huge Sami fan, but not really a huge fan of any of the characters, because I can usually find something about each one that I like and feel it makes them own that character, with the exception of Ann and Theresa mainly because I don't understand why they are there. So I think if they replace Sami who is a major player in Salem and has been for years, it would be hard to accept. Same thing with Bo, there has been two so for me it needs to be one or the other. Don't think anyone else could fill the shoes of Nicole either. These are just my opinions.
