I know makesmehappy, there is just so much potential right now for DOOL's and especially with Will and Sonny. But there are others as well. I agree with you too regarding Chad, enough already. I think Chad could pull off a great storyline too, but they have to give it too him and hopefully they don't wait until its too late. You also stated so well what is going on with EJ, He is sometimes like a kid that wants it all but knows in his heart what would really make him happy and I will say it again he and Sami compliment one another in a good way. They balance each other out and I never really felt that he and Nicole did that. A good relationship needs that balance as well as being able to compliment each other in subtle, gentle ways that shows the love on the outside for others to see. It really doesn't happen a lot in the soap world but IMO this is one couple that pulls it off in a great way. Lucas and Sami, naw they can't do it, even though they are fun to watch as friends. Sami and EJ have certainly pulled me in and I didn't see that coming. But also, we have Sonny and Will that can do the same thing in a relationship. So much to look forward too if they keep up with the good writing.

bearigan where are these articles? I read about Chandler all the time and knew he was dating but Freddie is a mystery.

Posted by bearigan at Wednesday, June 27 2012 05:38 AM

allmylovingdays, I just googled Sonny on DOOL's and Will and it brought up quite a few articles.

Posted by allmylovingdays at Wednesday, June 27 2012 05:58 AM

thanks bearigan I did a lot of googling on Chandler only trying to find that post Emmy interview. And Chandler did get a lot of press when they finally started back on his coming out storyline. During that post Emmy interview one of the reports mentioned CHILL -they said we all thought you would end up with Chad. I couldn't believe it but then again so many people have commented too about how sometimes when EJ and Will are in scenes how Will is crushing on EJ. So the next part of the question from that reporter was but now there's EJill how did Casey take it? Chandler said I haven't asked him and we are good friends. Chandler's answer to the EJill was that James and Chandler both laughed at how the dialogue is written at times. I think that is one of the reasons that Chandler had Will scooting over closer to EJ. He was playing on that but anyone know why when he was leaving and EJ had his back to Will -Chandler stepped back towards EJ and stopped. What do you think he was doing or thinking?

allmylovingdays, here is part of story for Chandler still looking for the article where he talked about his girlfriend

I’m an actor and I play a role,” he said. “Anything they give me, it’s my job to go and make real and relevant.”

Despite the fact that there has been a great deal of speculation in recent months about whether Will would in fact be gay – uncertainty fueled by changes in writers and executive producers – Chandler has been aware for nearly a year about the direction of the character.

“I knew the direction in February but I had to keep my mouth shut,” he said. “It’s been a very long process. They wanted to handle it right and take their time with it and didn’t want it to be ‘Days’ doing gay storyline because other soaps are. They were careful in keeping the information under wraps.”

I wondered what it felt like for Chandler now that the news is finally out about Will.

He said: “It feels great, Greg. Just to have the opportunity to play then first gay character in all the years of the show. It’s an honor. I told you back in June [in an earlier interview] that it would be a creative challenge if I had the opportunity and now, officially, it is. I am very, very excited about it and I’m glad I can finally acknowledge it.”

allmylovingdays here is an article on Freddie.

90210 Newbie Freddie Smith on Kissing Trevor Donovan and Who He’d Rather Make Out With
There’s a newbie at West Beverly High and let’s just say that Teddy (Trevor Donovan) is a very lucky guy. His name is Freddie Smith, and he’s playing Marco, Teddy’s new boytoy on 90210. And after talking to Freddie about the usual stuff, like on-screen kissing scenes, playing a gay character on TV and getting hazed by the cast of 90210 (or, uh, not), we realized that Freddie is very straight in real life, ladies. Like, very straight.
How do we know? Oh, ya know, Freddie just told us which 90210 girl he’s really “attracted” to and what character traits he finds really sexy in girls. Read more of our exclusive Q&A for the full scoop! Your character, Marco, is described as “hot and super athletic.” Do you feel pressure to live up to that description?
Freddie Smith: No, it’s a compliment. I felt honored to be put in that category. The hot and super athletic person…it’s very cool. Were you an athlete in high school?
Freddie Smith: Yeah. I played basketball and baseball and now I just pretty much play some games of basketball and some games of football. Did you consider yourself a jock back then?
Freddie Smith: I wasn’t exactly a jock, even though I did play the sports. I did not do the whole letterman jacket and all that kinda deal. I just kinda played the sports for fun. What group did you fall into in high school?
Freddie Smith: I would say I was in a popular group, but our school (in Ashview, Ohio) was so small that it was like everyone was popular so it really wasn’t that kind of jocks. Let’s talk 90210. Did the cast haze you when you got to set?
Freddie Smith: No hazing. It was funny though because Gillian (Zinser) was the first person to the table when I met everybody and she actually spilled a salad on me all over my jacket and everyone was just laughing like, “Oh the hazing begins, you’re the new guy”, and I was like, “Thanks for the warm welcome, guys.” I was seriously so nervous but then everyone was like, “Hey, what’s going on? Take a seat, can I get you a water. Welcome aboard”. It was awesome. If you could date any of the 90210 girls in real life…
Freddie Smith: That’s a tough one. You know who’s very, very beautiful and I’m really attracted to, super nice…is AnnaLynne (McCord). She’s a great person. Marco is very forward with Teddy. Are you forward when it comes to dating?
Freddie Smith: Yeah. I’m pretty forward about it. I like to be very upfront and I think girls like confidence and that’s one thing that I always like to do. Be confident, make the first move and see where it goes. Do you like it when girls make the first move?
Freddie Smith: That’s one of my biggest things. If a girl is confident it’s very sexy to me. If they make the first move I like that. We guess Teddy liked it too! Do you think Marco will be a strong gay character like Teddy is on 90210 and Kurt is on Glee?
Freddie Smith: That was one of the reasons I wanted to take this part. I wanted it so bad because it gave me the opportunity to make a stand and talk about this and I have a lot of gay friends and I hear their stories and I see what’s going on in society. This is a platform for me to be able to stand up and make a difference so I feel very honored to do this. It can mean big things, so I’m really excited. We all know Trevor Donovan, who plays Teddy, is super hot, but does he work out as hard as it looks like he does?
Freddie Smith: Oh yeah. You never see him without a jug of water and he’s always picking at his fruit and I’m the one eating the cookies. I need to start paying attention and eating more fruit and veggies. But you know, we talk fitness every now and again because he’s got amazing build and he’s very athletic so I’m learning. Any kissing scenes between you two?
Freddie Smith: Yes. Although I won’t get too into it (laughs). It was kind of just like another thing. Another scene [to film]. We just went and did it and then moved on. What can you tell us about Teddy and Marco’s relationship?
Freddie Smith: It’s definitely a good relationship once the audience gets to know Marco. I was really excited to find out who he is and what he’s about and I think Marco and Teddy are just going to be a great couple. They have a lot in common and I think it’s going to bring the best of the characters out.
What do you think of Teddy/Marco’s relationship? Do you want to see them date, or do you prefer Teddy with Ian?

I am so loving EJ's acting lately, he is showing what he is made of!!! It irritates me that people do forget he is in mourning, he did love Stefano no matter what Stefano has done to him and Lexi, well, Lexi was the one person EJ could count on and he adored her!! Tired of Sami, let Will be the adult he is, let him handle EJ!! And Nicolle, these games are gonna get dangerous!! I love Will and Sonny!!!

ok, allmyovingdays next Chandler Massey, can't find info on their girlfriends anymore other than at this time Freddie is single.

Enjoyed having lunch last week with actor Chandler Massey who plays Will Horton on NBC’s Days of Our Lives.
He’s a well-mannered 20-year-old who had just completed his first quarter at UCLA when he was tapped for the soap role which he began in early 2010. Chandler has made a big impression in a short time earning a Daytime Emmy nomination for outstanding younger actor in a daytime drama.
“Just to be nominated is such an honor,” he said. “I’m very happy. As long as I’m doing good work and if I feel proud of the work that I did, that’s the biggest reward.”
He is taking is mom as his date to the June 19 ceremony at the Las Vegas Hilton (“I promised her the first time I got nominated for something I’d take her”) and his dad is coming out too (“But I think he’s coming out just to be in Vegas and using the Daytime Emmy Awards as an excuse.”).
“I’m very much looking forward to it and I think it’s going to be a lot of fun regardless of what happens,” he said.
How would he describe Will Horton?
“Will is an old soul which I guess isn’t too different from me. I feel like I’m an old soul,” Chandler said. “Will is the kid who had to grow up too fast. His mom has made some interesting choices in her life and I think because of all the things that happened to him while he was growing up, he really has become like the rock of his family, the voice of reason. I really enjoy playing Will because he’s just a generally good guy and if you can make that interesting, I think you’re doing something right.”
Okay, so let’s get to what you really want to know about: Is Chandler’s soap character going to come out as gay?
Here’s that portion of our conversation:
    Q. Everyone is buzzing about Will’s storyline and how he might come out. Can you comment?
    A. I’ve been reading about some of that stuff too. Honestly, the actors are the last to know. I’m just as in the dark as anyone else. So I really, I don’t know.”
    Q. Is it fun to have people speculating on the Internet and wondering what your character’s going to do next?
    A. I guess so. It’s exciting. The possibility of that storyline obviously is very exciting to me.
    Q. It’s not something you would have an issue with playing?
    A. Oh no. It’d be fun. It obviously would be very challenging on a creative level.
    Q. If it happens, there are some very famous gay teen storylines in soaps in the past including Ryan Phillippe’s Billy on One Life to Live and Luke on As the World Turns played by Van Hansis. You’d be in good company.
    A. I guess there was a time in the past when people would have been wary. But I feel like now it’s almost like empowering for a straight guy to play a gay character. It’s great because all these boundaries are being kind of shattered.
    Q. You also did the NoH8 campaign in support of gay marriage. What made you decide to get involved and make your support known.
    A. I’m definitely in support of that cause and of people being able to fall in love and get married to whoever they want.
    Q. You’re from Georgia, was that how people felt in your high school?
    A. Actually growing up there was a group of six guys and throughout high school, three of the guys came out. In our group of friends, it didn’t matter but there were some people that weren’t so accepting.
    Q. Are you still in touch?
    A. Absolutely.
    Q. Did you just grow up in a progressive household where your parents were cool and open-minded?
    A. Fortunately both my parents are very open-minded and taught myself and my siblings to be so.
