Maggie's upset with Victor, Sami is urged to come clean, and Kate gets a shock.
In the office, Abby tells Austin he has to tell everyone about their affair. He protests that it was only one night. As Austin is saying it has to stay between them, Carrie arrives. Austin tells Carrie he's planning a romantic getaway and was asking Abby to keep it a surprise. Carrie asks Abby about the guy who used her. Abby says he's a good guy deep down who believes in truth and honesty in a relationship. Carrie says Austin feels the same way.
At Sami's house, she asks Marlena to spill what she knows about Will, and then go. Will arrives and informs Sami that he told Marlena she had sex with EJ. Marlena explains to Sami that Will told her because it was too difficult to carry the secret. Will complains about the grief Sami gave Rafe for kissing Carrie. Sami gets defensive and protests that she had sex with EJ because she was out of her mind in pain. Will smirks - he wishes he was adopted. Marlena tells them both to stop it - they're a family. Sami cries that she doesn't understand how she wound up with EJ that way. Marlena says she was avoiding terrible grief. Sami says she hates herself. She apologizes to Will and cries in Marlena's arms. Marlena says she has to tell Rafe. Sami refuses. They remind her that EJ knows and could use it against her. Will says he didn't tell Rafe because he didn't want to break up the family - but she did over the kiss. Sami promises to make up with Rafe and get him home, but wants to keep the EJ secret. Marlena says it's a time bomb. Sami wants to protect Rafe. Will says she's protecting herself like she always does.
At the Kiriakis mansion, Brady tells Victor he feels to blame for Ian ending up at Titan. Victor says it's his own fault - he didn't catch his connection to Madison. Ian arrives with cookies for Maggie. He smirks that Madison's his wife. Victor accuses Ian of wanting to takeover Titan and doesn't think stale crackers will make him feel any better about this. Ian says he just wants to run the company as he was contracted to do. Brady tells Ian that keeping his relationship with Madison a secret makes it seem he's hiding other things. Ian denies it and mocks Brady for thinking he had Madison. Ian produces his new business plan for Titan, and then leaves. Victor, Maggie and Brady discuss Madison. Maggie says Brady's the man in her heart - not Ian. Once alone, Maggie confronts Victor for saying the situation with Ian wouldn't have happened if he weren't married to her. She tells him to sleep on the couch. Victor says she's the best thing that ever happened to him - if other things don't get his attention, so be it - it's just business. They kiss.
Kate asks Quinn about a display at the gym. He turns to Madison, who urges him to tell Kate about their new arrangement. Kate says they had a deal. Quinn says it was never in writing, and Madison offered to take him international. Kate accuses Madison of doing this to get back at her. Madison asks, "For what?" Kate says for stealing Sami away maybe, but it seems more personal. Madison slams her for her age. Ian walks in and says to Madison, "Hello, lovely wife." Kate says it's all starting to make sense now - Madison knew about her relationship with Ian. Madison says she's still married to Ian and her company is way ahead - she's beat her at every turn. Madison wonders if Kate told Stefano that her ex-lover is in town. Kate reminds her what she did to Brady - she's not the disloyal one. Kate warns Madison if she keeps making things personal there will be war - and she'll lose. Kate goes, and Madison has words with Ian about him seeing Kate.
Quinn spots Abby outside the cafe and says he's glad she's friends with Melanie again. He asks about her situation. She looks at Austin and Carrie at the next table and flirts with Quinn. He talks about going to Europe and finding Taylor. Carrie leaves, telling Austin she's excited about their getaway. Austin approaches Abby, who has said goodbye to Quinn, and asks what that was all about. Abby informs him she can date who she likes. Across the way, Brady looks up to see Madison.
