    Update November 20: A show publicist has told us,"Jay is still on the show as Philip Kiriakis." So while we don't know what the inside story was, he's there to stay. More updates when we learn more.

    Alison Sweeney (Sami, Days ) had her baby shower on November 2 at the Treehouse Social Club in Los Angeles, CA. Hosted by Hot Mom’s Club, sponsored by BabyPlus and Huggies and decorated by Hostess with the Mostess, the shower benefited the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

    Amid constant speculation that Days of Our Lives will go the way of Passions and get cancelled, the NBC soap got a reprieve as they signed an 18-month deal with Sony Pictures TV.
