"DOOL" actor Freddie Smith (Sonny) will be joining Brooke Anderson ("The Insider") and Nikki Blonksy ("Hairspray") in Washington, D.C. On July 19, the three entertainers will be speaking to legislatures about bullying, mentoring and other issues facing children. It is part of the Children Uniting Nations National Conference for Children's Issues.
