    Original article: June 7.

The producers of "Days Of Our Lives" are continuing with their promised cast cuts. This week it was revealed that Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe) and newcomers Tamara Braun (Taylor) and Bren Foster (Quinn) have been given their pink slips.

The actors are the latest in six significant casting cuts which are being made so the series can afford to bring back a few veterans. Final air dates for the actors have yet to be revealed. will keep you updated with more information as it becomes available.

    Updated: June 9.

Bjorlin's publicist spoke out on the situation to offer some clarification. He made the following statements: "...she wasn't fired and second she was leaving anyway because of movie and third, she's left the show before and all was fine and I'm reckoning this time around will be the same! Let's celebrate in her movie - more details on that forthcoming!" Later, he added "...last air date more than likely will be in September. It's part of the business, sure they are disappointed, but the actors, the writers and producers are all used to this. You have to be. Yes it's still painful. But change is good and she has other projects on the horizon that we'll be able to talk more about when the time comes. But keep up the support, and thank you! She is one of the most grateful person(s) I know and she appreciates the fan support. We are still attending the Daytime Emmys in Las Vegas in less than 2 weeks.., she is still doing all personal appearances she has previously committed to doing."

I can't believe they are getting rid of Chloe, she is awesome. I really enjoy watching her on the show. Taylor, I'm glad she is going I just don't care for this one either. I'm also not happy about bringing Marlana and John back there story is over don't bring it back. Also Jack, It's going to be the same with jack and jenn specially now that she has moved on. The writers should continue with the new stories and leave the past in the past. I watch Days every day but now it won't be an everyday thing for me in fact I don't think I will enjoy it very much anymore at all. I guess I can do my workout at 1:00 from now on. Chloe, come on I still can't believe it

I was just getting 2 enjoy the Quin/Vivian/Chloe arc. This sucks, but it's not the first time that a potential s/l or character(s)were terminated. Days is really testing their viewer's loyalty.

Days just doesn't want to end up on the chopping block like the ABC soaps.
Nadia and Tamara will end up somewhere else because they are very talented ladies

I've been watching DOOL now for 25 years. I sure hate to see it go off the air. Makes me wonder if this is not the beginning of the end. We see so many other soaps ending. I hope it doesn't happen to DOOL. I agree with other comments that the writers should keep on with current story lines. I was really getting into the Melanie/Nathan/Phillip story. Now Chloe is going away! :-(

Letting Chloe go was not the best move if anyone it should of been anyone else but her I mean the teens can't act ,
the Hernandiz's need to learn how to stop getting involved , I don't like this Brady and Ej needs a little break I mean Stefano is like stepping down where's the Dimera's we watched back then ?

Taylor's leaving good move DOOL!!! Now you need EJ and Nicole to get pregnant and bring out the motherly side of her. Thats how we like seeing Nicole, not so vindictive. Put them in a life or death situation to the point EJ finally realizes they belong together.

This is the stupidest storyline. I don't see why Kate can't just move on. I hope all of Salem finds out she is behind this. And I hope Quinn feels sorry for Chloe and goes to find her and gets her out in the knick of time and tells her Kate was behind it all.He seems powerful enough to pull this off. Would pay good money to see Kate taken down.
