At the sorority house, Chelsea shows Morgan the photos of the evidence of rape in Ford's room. She notes to the rest of the Thetas that the drug he uses is called Simulax and that he rates the girls in a journal. As we hear Chelsea explain that Ford's a narcissist, we see Ford looking in a mirror, dressing to go out. Chelsea tells the girls they need to stick together to help get to Ford. Meanwhile, Ford plays music and gets wine ready for his date while Chelsea asks the girls if they want other girls to get raped because they sat around and did nothing. "He's going to continue to rape until we stop him." She says and we see Ford escort a blonde into his room. Chelsea asks the girls if they're with her. Morgan agrees she's into it but the others are afraid they'll get in trouble. Chelsea tells the girls they need to be proud of their sorority house, considering all the charity they've done. Meanwhile, Ford sprinkles white powder into a wine glass for his date and Chelsea tells the girls they should offer themselves up in a package he can't resist, then they nail him! Cordy doesn't think it'll work but Chelsea says they need a girl to offer herself as bait.

At the Theta house, Sloan calls Ford to tell him she thought what the girls did to him was unfair and sets a date to meet him tonight. He takes the bait. Outside in the wooded area, Ford's recent 'conquest' is in hysterics.

It's a whole coven of witches!

(Kristina Stacey is playing the role of Cordy Han from today on). At the Cheatin' Heart, the sorority sisters have Adrienne's blessing to post flyers of Ford Decker's face with the word 'Rapist' written boldly across the bottom. The girls drink to taking their lives back and discuss where they'll post the rest. Cordy goes to post the photos of Ford in the bathroom as Ford watches from a window outside. Billie arrives, flyers in hand and tells the girls that they could get in trouble with this. She warns them to stay away from Ford and when Cordy returns, Billie explains how she has stepped up security on campus. The girls go off to the jukebox to put on some cheerful music and Billie tells Chelsea this is not a game. She worries that she'll get hurt and asks if she will move back in with her until Ford is put in jail. Chelsea thinks it's safe for her at the sorority house but Billie isn't so sure and reminds Chelsea Ford hasn't been found guilty and can go and do whatever he likes.

Ford comes barging into the Cheatin' Heart, flyer in hand and boorishly demands that Chelsea tell him if she posted these photos. Billie holds Ford back and as the sisters gather around Chelsea, Ford yells, "It's a whole coven of witches," he yells and intimates that he could sue for libel. Chelsea and Ford square off at each other but Billie tells Ford to get out. Instead, Ford threatens Chelsea and when the other girls stand up to him, he threatens each of them until Chelsea hauls off and punches him in the nose!

A bloodied Ford spins around after he's hit. When he gets his bearings, he tells Chelsea she'll regret that and accuses her of assault. The girls look around and agree that none of them saw anything. Adrienne holds a baseball bat in one hand and says, "Looks like you cut yourself shaving! Doesn't look like anyone saw anything. Don't you have someplace else to be?" Ford turns to go and yells that this isn't over as he bumps into Stephanie. Steph appears disgusted when Ford leans in and says, "Well if it isn't he campus sleeze. Call me!" He throws her a kiss before he leaves. Billie fusses over Chelsea's hand and offers to look into finding someone to go undercover to watch Ford. Cordy wishes she was as strong as the other girls and agrees to stay with Steph at the Inn for Thanksgiving.

I've seen the future and it stinks

    Tuesday, November 20 2007

Philip is propping up at a bar when a young woman sits down beside him and starts with some furious flirting. She asks him what he does. He's in his family's business, he explains. She's impressed, but he's sarcastic. Seeing that he's drowning his sorrows, she assumes that he has girl problems. When she probes for the source of his grief, he shoots her a dirty look, but she's not put off. After a few insults from Philip, she takes the hint and walks away. Max, who is tending bar, comes over. He's surprised to see him chasing women away. Philip brings up his false leg and what a mood killer it can be. Besides, his mind is clearly elsewhere. He's never had to explain himself to Belle... Max tries to talk him into looking somewhere else for understanding, but Philip is too drunk. Later, Morgan is sitting at the other end of the bar. She shows Max the poster the sorority sisters made of Ford that they are putting all over campus. Her dad even told her to get a pistol just in case of trouble. Max is worried; Ford's dad is a lawyer and he could sue the girls for libel. Morgan explains that Chelsea is taking the heat for it. Max is still worried, if they corner Ford, he could get dangerous. She thinks that's sweet and nestles up for a kiss before Philip interrupts, calling out for another drink. Morgan invites Max to Thanksgiving with her family. He thanks her but has plans. After the flirt a bit, she kisses him goodbye and Philip makes some more noise. Max pours him some coffee to sober him up. Philip tells him that he's seen the future and it stinks. Even if he has all the power and money in the world, he still doesn't have Belle. Max doesn't feel bad for him; he would kill for his kind of bad luck. 'I'd trade it all for Belle,' Philip repeats. After he pays his bill, Belle calls— she needs to see him. He tells her to meet him in his office.

That's rubbish! It's you he wants!

At the Dean's office, Cordy apologizes to her sorority sisters: She can't testify, she just can't face Ford. The girls try to comfort her but an anxious Dean Lochlan comes out to rush them. Billie asks for more time and, annoyed, he goes back into his little room. Cordy cries and Chelsea tells her that, while she wasn't attacked, she can sort of understand. As she relates the story of the doctor who tried to attack her, Stephanie's flashbacks to her attack become more intense. Chelsea begs Cordy to try and Billie tells her that she would be doing the women of the campus a real service. This doesn't feel fair to Cordy and there's no way the Dean will listen to her when he's so close to Ford's dad. She can't do this to her parents; they don't have the money to fight this. The girls offer to have a fundraiser, but Cordy only breaks into tears: 'You have no idea what I'm going through right now,' she says. 'Actually Cordy...I do,' Steph speaks up. Everyone gasps, but Stephanie explains that it wasn't her that was attacked, it was her mom. That was before back she was born. 'If she stayed silent, she would still be a victim,' Billie says. Cordy finally agrees, but after Ford leers at her from the doorway, she changes her mind. The Dean comes out and announces that if she doesn't come in now, it's all over. Billie tells him that she was ready to go but Ford intimidated her. Ford and his father tell her that she is wasting their time. All of a sudden, Morgan stands up and offers to testify. She explains that Cordy isn't the only woman that Ford attacked. His father gets worried and steps back inside with the Dean. 'You're going to pay Ford,' Chelsea threatens the smug frat boy.

Cordy hugs Morgan and thanks her. As the girls go in, Stephanie offers to stay behind with Cordy. 'Don't let him walk,' she says. Stephanie asks Billy if they have a chance to win. Billy isn't sure; date rapes are hard to prove and a university like this will try and sweep it under the rug. Inside, Morgan starts to make her statement. Ford's father questions her, suggesting that there was drinking at the party. Morgan asserts that there wasn't and she never let her drink out fo her sight. She only drove Ford home because he was inebriated. Mr Ford asks her how she could have been drugged if she never let her drink out of her sight. When the web cam site comes up, the lawyer shows sworn depositions from people who watched it and saw nothing they would call rape. The hearing continues like this until the men walk out of the room laughing: The Dean declared the charges without merit. The girls are all crushed. Chelsea vows that this is far from over: It's time for retaliation! They are going to cover the whole campus with flyers about Ford. The girls are afraid that this will get them in trouble, but Chelsea talks them into it. They join hands.

Stephanie's flashbacks reveal she was raped.

Chelsea waits outside the Dean's office for a meeting. Morgan shows up and Chelsea tells her that Billie and Jett are inside and that the meeting was pushed back a half hour. Morgan says the drug is no longer in her system and there is no evidence for her to prove that Ford is the campus rapist unless of course Cordy presses charges.

Billie, Jett and the Dean exit the Dean's office and introductions are given. Stephanie shows and they're surprised that Ford's going to show up in addition to Cordy. Ford arrives at the Dean's office all smiles and says this better be quick because he has a hot date tonight. He believes the Dean will believe his story. Stephanie flashes back to being raped by Ford. We see her telling him to stop while he holds her and forces himself on her. Ford continues to taunt the ladies one at a time and Jett's about to lose it when Chelsea goes at him. Billie separates the two and Morgan rants at Ford that she can't believe she ever trusted him. He replies that he is a victim of jealous women and Morgan snarls back that he's a spoiled loser who can't get a girlfriend based on looks or intelligence. Billie stands up to Ford and tells him if he says one more word, she'll remove him personally! Ford's father, the Lawyer, arrives and pushes his weight around while Ford grins lasciviously. Turns out Dean Laughlin knows Mr. Decker and they appear friendly. Ford grins when he hears that Cordy's a no show.

Chelsea leaves the room and with a stiletto heeled show, she "accidentally" stomps Ford's foot and stalks off with Jett in tow. Stephanie follows and Chelsea calls Cordy. They're all upset and wonder why Ford seemed so satisfied that Cordy didn't show. They wonder if he knows something.
