Bonnie and Connor enter the house after burying the skeleton. Mimi heads home just after them and notices that they're covered in mud. They tell her that there was a sewer backup and that's why they're covered in mud. She tells the two that they're lying and wanders off to her room, where she finds a fax sent to her from Abe. Bonnie and Connor are surprised when she comes back with a police sketch of the guy who broke into the morgue. She looks at Connor and asks him to guess who it looks like (him)! Mimi asks point blank if it's really Connor and asks why Bonnie wanted the bones. Mimi runs out the door saying, "I'll find out for myself." Bonnie and Connor have a bite to eat but before they can sink their teeth into their sandwiches, Mimi busts back into the house, covered in dirt. She holds the bag with the bone in it. While Bonnie yells at Connor to keep quiet, Connor blurts out," You have a right to know. The bones in the bag - it's Dad!" Mimi starts to cry and feels faint. She asks Bonnie what she did to her father. While Connor asks Mimi to pretend she didn't see a thing, Bonnie tells Mimi that she can't answer the question. It might incriminate her! Mimi tells them that she plans to take the bones to the police tomorrow morning and asks her to come clean by then. She takes the bones up to her room while Bonnie cries softly.

At the Lockhart home, Bonnie and Connor argue about stealing the skeleton. She holds up her hand to him and asks, "You want a fresh one?" He wants to get his bike out of the impound, so she agrees to get the money but demands that he hurry and get the bones in the basement before anyone finds them! Just then, Abe arrives at their door!! They hide the bones in a dresser and let Abe and Lexi in. They greet Connor and ask for Mimi. Bonnie stutters as she asks him what he wants with Mimi. He tells her that he can't explain and then she explains that she's at Max's house. As they leave, and Abe comments on how frantic Bonnie seemed!
Later, the two search around their area to make sure that they're not being watched, and then throw the bones in the basement!

Bonnie and Connor scope out the morgue. While Bonnie hides out, Connor goes to the morgue attendant and makes up a story that his aunt passed on and he's looking to identify the body. The morgue attendant says his aunt Dorothy Johnston isn't on the list and after he goes upstairs to check if she has arrived yet, Bonnie and Connor break into the morgue to locate the skeleton! Inside the morgue, Bonnie wonders aloud where the bones could be. She starts to open the body storage lockers and finds a few stiffs. She gasps in horror but moves on to the next, until she realizes that bones wouldn't need to be refrigerated. She looks in a body bag that is on an autopsy table and finds the bones. Someone comes to the door and she quickly gets under a sheet. Another morgue attendant comes into the room and notices Bonnie's red heels sticking out from the white sheet. She is surprised that the shoes weren't removed and pulls them off. When she wipes down Bonnie's feet, Bonnie holds in laughter and kicks a leg up! The startled attendant whispers that it must be "Rigor mortis" and puts her shoes in a plastic bag, then rushes out of the room. Bonnie gets up, grabs the body bag with the bones inside, and runs out of the room to Connor! She runs outside before Connor and he is stopped by the first morgue attendant. He came back to tell Connor that he can't find his aunt anywhere! Connor says, "Well, what do you know? Maybe she's not dead?!" He then runs outside with Bonnie and the bones. Bonnie hasn't decided where to put the bones yet, so the two discuss what their next plan is. Bonnie asks Connor to bring "Bo Jangles" to the car.

At Salem PD, Connor arrives with a police officer. He seems jovial and asks his 'momma' for a little sugar! He has a southern accent and is wearing a cowboy hat. Bonnie tells Connor that he's in trouble. The fines he has accumulated add up to $1000. Mimi offers to pay for the fine and Connor tells the two that he has been in the rodeo when he was supposed to be getting his GED. Connor tells the ladies he's "Just like dad. 'A working stiff.'" Bonnie cringes when Connor gives Mimi a letter from their dad, who calls her by an old nickname, "Moo Moo".

Mimi leaves for a moment and Bonnie reminds him that he is there to protect the family. He thinks he should "Get it over with." But Bonnie doesn't want to tell Mimi the truth. Mimi comes back and asks what's going on and Connor lies and says that they're talking about school. Mimi is supportive and promises to help him pass his GED, this time. They go home.
