Ford comes barging into the Cheatin' Heart, flyer in hand and boorishly demands that Chelsea tell him if she posted these photos. Billie holds Ford back and as the sisters gather around Chelsea, Ford yells, "It's a whole coven of witches," he yells and intimates that he could sue for libel. Chelsea and Ford square off at each other but Billie tells Ford to get out. Instead, Ford threatens Chelsea and when the other girls stand up to him, he threatens each of them until Chelsea hauls off and punches him in the nose!
A bloodied Ford spins around after he's hit. When he gets his bearings, he tells Chelsea she'll regret that and accuses her of assault. The girls look around and agree that none of them saw anything. Adrienne holds a baseball bat in one hand and says, "Looks like you cut yourself shaving! Doesn't look like anyone saw anything. Don't you have someplace else to be?" Ford turns to go and yells that this isn't over as he bumps into Stephanie. Steph appears disgusted when Ford leans in and says, "Well if it isn't he campus sleeze. Call me!" He throws her a kiss before he leaves. Billie fusses over Chelsea's hand and offers to look into finding someone to go undercover to watch Ford. Cordy wishes she was as strong as the other girls and agrees to stay with Steph at the Inn for Thanksgiving.
Billie goes over to Lucas' looking for some good news. 'EJ told Sami that he wants to die,' Lucas says. That doesn't sound very good to Billie. Lucas tells her that she is with EJ right now. That doesn't surprise her; she and EJ went through a traumatic experience and that can bind people together. She gives Lucas a hug and promises him that things will get better. He doesn't think so: Johnny/Gianni is going to be a DiMera. He tells Billie that he needs the name of a good lawyer— he's suing for sole custody of his daughter so that he can raise her alone. Lucas is sure that EJ will live just to spite him and, eventually, he and Sami would try and take his daughter away. After looking in on the nameless little girl, she agrees to get him a lawyer. He has to tell Sami that he is doing this though or he will only make things worse, she warns. Lucas doesn't trust Sami anymore: The DiMera's are falling apart, the vendetta amounts to almost nothing now and she is still playing to their tune. He needs everything down in writing. Billie tells him that he should think long and hard before he calls a lawyer. After she leaves, he calls Sami and leaves a message, telling her that he needs to talk to her. There is a knock at the door. It's a cop with Will. He was caught drinking under age with some other boys. Lucas brings him in and starts questioning his son. Their family has a history of alcoholism: How can he treat him like this? Will tells him that he hates it here: He wants to go and live with Carrie and Austin so he doesn't have to watch his mother destroy everyone's lives. Lucas can't say no. He sets it up and then reminds Will that none of this is his fault. 'I'm gonna miss you a lot,' Lucas says. Will tells him that he doesn't know what to wish for anymore; he just wants everyone to be alright. Lucas hugs him and reminds him that they are a family and always will be.
At the Dean's office, Cordy apologizes to her sorority sisters: She can't testify, she just can't face Ford. The girls try to comfort her but an anxious Dean Lochlan comes out to rush them. Billie asks for more time and, annoyed, he goes back into his little room. Cordy cries and Chelsea tells her that, while she wasn't attacked, she can sort of understand. As she relates the story of the doctor who tried to attack her, Stephanie's flashbacks to her attack become more intense. Chelsea begs Cordy to try and Billie tells her that she would be doing the women of the campus a real service. This doesn't feel fair to Cordy and there's no way the Dean will listen to her when he's so close to Ford's dad. She can't do this to her parents; they don't have the money to fight this. The girls offer to have a fundraiser, but Cordy only breaks into tears: 'You have no idea what I'm going through right now,' she says. 'Actually Cordy...I do,' Steph speaks up. Everyone gasps, but Stephanie explains that it wasn't her that was attacked, it was her mom. That was before back she was born. 'If she stayed silent, she would still be a victim,' Billie says. Cordy finally agrees, but after Ford leers at her from the doorway, she changes her mind. The Dean comes out and announces that if she doesn't come in now, it's all over. Billie tells him that she was ready to go but Ford intimidated her. Ford and his father tell her that she is wasting their time. All of a sudden, Morgan stands up and offers to testify. She explains that Cordy isn't the only woman that Ford attacked. His father gets worried and steps back inside with the Dean. 'You're going to pay Ford,' Chelsea threatens the smug frat boy.
Cordy hugs Morgan and thanks her. As the girls go in, Stephanie offers to stay behind with Cordy. 'Don't let him walk,' she says. Stephanie asks Billy if they have a chance to win. Billy isn't sure; date rapes are hard to prove and a university like this will try and sweep it under the rug. Inside, Morgan starts to make her statement. Ford's father questions her, suggesting that there was drinking at the party. Morgan asserts that there wasn't and she never let her drink out fo her sight. She only drove Ford home because he was inebriated. Mr Ford asks her how she could have been drugged if she never let her drink out of her sight. When the web cam site comes up, the lawyer shows sworn depositions from people who watched it and saw nothing they would call rape. The hearing continues like this until the men walk out of the room laughing: The Dean declared the charges without merit. The girls are all crushed. Chelsea vows that this is far from over: It's time for retaliation! They are going to cover the whole campus with flyers about Ford. The girls are afraid that this will get them in trouble, but Chelsea talks them into it. They join hands.
Chelsea waits outside the Dean's office for a meeting. Morgan shows up and Chelsea tells her that Billie and Jett are inside and that the meeting was pushed back a half hour. Morgan says the drug is no longer in her system and there is no evidence for her to prove that Ford is the campus rapist unless of course Cordy presses charges.
Billie, Jett and the Dean exit the Dean's office and introductions are given. Stephanie shows and they're surprised that Ford's going to show up in addition to Cordy. Ford arrives at the Dean's office all smiles and says this better be quick because he has a hot date tonight. He believes the Dean will believe his story. Stephanie flashes back to being raped by Ford. We see her telling him to stop while he holds her and forces himself on her. Ford continues to taunt the ladies one at a time and Jett's about to lose it when Chelsea goes at him. Billie separates the two and Morgan rants at Ford that she can't believe she ever trusted him. He replies that he is a victim of jealous women and Morgan snarls back that he's a spoiled loser who can't get a girlfriend based on looks or intelligence. Billie stands up to Ford and tells him if he says one more word, she'll remove him personally! Ford's father, the Lawyer, arrives and pushes his weight around while Ford grins lasciviously. Turns out Dean Laughlin knows Mr. Decker and they appear friendly. Ford grins when he hears that Cordy's a no show.
Chelsea leaves the room and with a stiletto heeled show, she "accidentally" stomps Ford's foot and stalks off with Jett in tow. Stephanie follows and Chelsea calls Cordy. They're all upset and wonder why Ford seemed so satisfied that Cordy didn't show. They wonder if he knows something.
Cordy arrives and Billie takes time to debrief her while the three men go into the office. Cordy tells them she can't testify against Ford and Stephanie flashes back to Ford raping her and looks haunted.
Lucas arrives home and pays the nurse for babysitting. After she leaves, Lucas heaves a sigh of relief and grabs a bottle of Jack Daniels. "Yes!" he says, then sniffs the bottle.
Billie arrives at Lucas'. She has just heard that EJ was shot and wonders how he already knows. Lucas admits he was there and tells her about the intervention that didn't work. Billie apologizes and asks what he did at the church. Lucas admits the priest was proclaiming them husband and wife when he heard three shots. After he made sure Sami was okay, he ran. Though he didn’t shoot EJ, he thinks this should be the happiest day in his life. He confesses he has threatened EJ on a few occasions in public, but lies about owning a gun as he flashes back to taking the gun from the lock box earlier. Billie says he has nothing to hide, so shouldn't act like it!
Once Billie is gone, Lucas finds the locked box and takes out the gun.
Max, Billie, Morgan, Ford and Jett arrive at the sorority house, where Cordy's parents ask what's going on. Ford is in cuffs and yelling that Morgan just had too much to drink. Chelsea asks if anyone was attacked by Ford and Cordy identifies Ford as the campus rapist, "And he raped me," she tells the room. Camera pans again to Stephanie who appears to be deep in thought. Ford denies raping her and Cordy spits in his face. Her parents take her to her room. Chelsea screams at Ford, telling him they saw him on the camera. Stephanie tells Max to take Morgan to the campus clinic.
The police and Jett and Billie arrive and let Nick know the kids are safe and being debriefed. Mr Abboud explains that their father is indeed alive but faked his death as he knew he had enemies that were prepared to harm his family. He took political asylum and it's now safe for the kids to be returned to them.
