    At the hospital, Theresa and Clint kiss. Maybe she'll lose the w2s so they can take off early. He's psyched. She explains that she can get away with anything. Victor approaches. "Not everything." Clint runs out while Victor harasses Theresa for preying on Brady's weakness. Theresa chokes up when she admits she made some mistakes, making Victor assume she still loves him. She denies it. Later, she throws the w2s in a garbage bin near the hub.

    Victor returns home to find Brady and Melanie on the sofa kissing. "Oh for the love of God," he says. They're embarrassed and explain. Vic chastises them and they stammer. Mel goes to work and Victor admits he and Mel are two of his favorite people. He admires that they can make something out of their friendship. He asks Brady to be careful and watch his and Mel's back with Theresa.

    In University Park, Damon tells Clyde Victor sent him with a message. He shoots him in the chest three times and Clyde goes down. Damon's startled when somebody walks by talking about how they're expecting a foot of snow.

    From the mansion, Victor flashes to his last conversation with Clyde. Abby arrives to ask for Victor to hire Ben. Once he hears Ben beat up Chad, he says Ben has his sympathies. Abby admits Ben's father is Clyde Weston. Is that going to cause a problem? Vic says he hardly knows the man. He takes a call from Damon who tells him 'it's done'. They hang up and Victor agrees to hire Ben. Once Abby's gone, Damon shows up with an update about the shooting. Should he send an anonymous tip so someone can find the body? Victor decides to let the Clydesicle rot. Damon says the gun is gone and he'll trash the phone. Victor stares at Maggie's photo and Damon defends what they did to his boss.

    At the Kiriakis manse, Damon says one of Weston's guys is dealing in the park. Victor's angered and tells Damon to make sure 'it's clean'. He doesn't want a war. Rafe interrupts. Damon goes and Rafe asks why Victor's hanging around with someone like Damon. He offers to help if things get messy but Victor wants his focus to be on the club.

    In the Kiriakis library, Victor won't sell DiMera stocks back to Kate. Talk turns to Clyde. She picked up an unsettling vibe at the club last night. He retorts, "Should I call you Celeste?" Kate says she doesn't want things to get ugly between the men but Victor says it's gone beyond that.

    At Victor's, Damon arrives with a list of names of men Jeremiah offered contracts to work with Clyde. Damon can take care of Jeremiah but Victor says no, "This fish stinks from the head."

    At home, Victor tells Rafe the numbers from the club opening exceeded expectations. He loves obscene amounts of money. He credits Rafe. Everyone had a good time except Rafe's ex, but who wouldn't be miserable dating a DiMera? Vic brings up Clyde trying to take over his town. Rafe offers to go after Clyde legally.

    Victor meets Clyde in the park and they get territorial.

    At Victor's mansion, one of the dock workers, Mr. Damon, tells Victor that Ambrose has seen a doctor and is resting at home. The men are upset because there've been no issues on the docks since 2009. Victor says a hillbilly named Clyde is to blame. Dude wonders what a hillbilly is doing in their business. Victor asks, "Is that rhetorical?" He explains why Clyde's there and says he'll handle it. Maggie interrupts.
