Lexi comes back from the lab, telling the group that there is no mistake with the lab, and all the information in the file is true!! She suggests that they do another DNA test just to clear things up.
What can go wrong, will go wrong!
Belle visits Shawn in his room, takes his hand in hers, lovingly, telling him, ...You're the best friend I've ever had, and I can't imagine spending my life without you in it.... Shawn's headache worsens and while getting him a drink, Belle notices Claire's file. She starts to read it...
Sami's wedding day starts off on the wrong foot!
At the hospital, Hope and Bo come back into the waiting room. Mimi asks Belle to go in and see Shawn and Hope comforts Mimi, telling her how brave she was.
Shawn gets a visit from Belle, asking that he please not leave them.
Chelsea shows up with Claire's file, bringing it to Shawn's room. While Belle tells Shawn how much everyone loves and needs him, Chelsea gets ready to show them the proof that Shawn is the father of Claire! She waits while Belle admits her love for Shawn. She tells him she can't live her life without her in it and tells him to get better so they can spend their life together.
The Doctor explains that Shawn is getting better, but that they need to know worse case scenario that Shawn could be brain damaged.
Hope visits the Hospital Chapel and prays for her son. She asks for him to please look after Shawn. Bo overhears her plea- if Shawn dies that she doesn't think that their family will survive. Hope takes Bo's hand and the two go back to Shawn's room.
Shawn's life is at stake.
At the Garage, Abby, Chelsea and Belle discuss Shawn and Belle's unborn baby being Shawn's. Chelsea tries to do a good deed for Belle, but before she can say anything, Phil calls, and she rushes out to be with him. Chelsea runs out after her.
Back at the loft, Belle and Claire wake up Phil, who explains where he has been the last few hours. In between him falling asleep on the table, she lectures Phil on how much he and Shawn drank, but Phil is still too drunk and tired to talk.
Mimi calls Belle, wondering how Philip is. Belle grabs Philip, and the two get Mrs. Davis to baby-sit while they go to the hospital.
Bo comforts Hope, who is in a shambles, sobbing uncontrollably. She is worried that she will lose Shawn as well as Zack, and can't handle it if this were to happen.
Belle and Philip enter the hospital, and Mimi explains what happened. Bo lectures a stunned Philip, about drinking.
Philip and Shawn's drinking gives them more trouble than they bargained for.
Belle and Mimi both call their husbands, from the loft. Belle accuses Mimi of starting the whole custody issue in order to keep tabs on Shawn. Mimi and Belle's arguing wakes up Claire, and Mimi comments on how Phil and Claire share a special bond.
Belle prepares Claire's bath while Belle asks Mimi not to take Shawn away from his child. After Claire's bath, the two agree to go out on their own- separately, to find their husbands. They're concerned that the two could be fighting!
