    So I watched the preview of tomorrow's episode, here on the board. I was looking to see if I can figure out who gave the poligrapher the money and just by the mannerism of the gloved hand. And the way the gloved rubbed his hands together, I say its John Black!

    His back was straight as in standing straight, rubbing his hands together, this is something John does! I have watched Days enough to know that mans body language I do believe its John.

    Any thoughts?

    I think it's Rafe. He hasn't solved a case since coming to Salem so it seems logical that he would frame EJ out of desperation. Plus he has proven in the past that he will break the law to try to bring EJ down. And he was the only person to support Nicole searching EJ's apartment. It's possible that he knew what Nicole would find so he sent her there to help convince Roman that EJ is guilty.

    Stenfio, because you cannot really killed the phoniex. However, John will be second choice and logical.
