To keep our wonderful actors/actress NBC could have worked in some perks to the stars on daytime to have guest spots on many of their primetime shows. I noticed on the NBC website they advertise for Suits and last week during Days they showed a few commercials where Harvey the main actor is talking to his protege about America's got talent so if they can incorporate those commerical to advertise their primetime shows why in the world can't they offer the daytime actors a chance during downtime to work on any of their affiliated networks? |

That’s a good idea and sometimes I wonder why is it that the fans care more about the show’s actors/actresses & the soap itself than the actual PTB. |

Quote Str8tButEqual: That’s a good idea and sometimes I wonder why is it that the fans care more about the show’s actors/actresses & the soap itself than the actual PTB. RIGHT!! And I noticed on the site today that they are advertising Dallas! So NBC hasn't totally given up on serial drama. They need to back US UP!! |

I wish my title didn't have sitcoms in it because the shows that are on these other networks owned by NBC/Universal aren't sitcoms really but action packed dramas and very soapy in their own rights. I just mentioned on the new thread how Suits last night had the mentor and protege` talking about waiting for the right time and woman and the younger man told his boss -I am sure you said that to yourself when you were 26-then 30 and you will say that when you are 50 how he will one day find the right person to fall in love with and start living. He then walked away from him and was going to his desk when he looked over towards the elevators and there she was the woman he wants and it was just that look that I have seen a thousand times between from EJ (the what could have been-that regretting the lies and hurt and powerplays) I hope Mike doesn't have to wait six plus years .... |
