There seems to be confusion as to whether or not he's leaving still. This should put that to rest.

I remember when Bo first came to Salem. He was the hot (and I do mean hot )looking trouble maker that had amazing chemistry with Kristan Alfonso. Peter was very honest about pushing others a side in the beginning. It is the nature of the beast.
Perhaps that's why actors are paid good money. They have to go through this kind of crap. I for one will miss him.

The sad truth from my observation is that TPTB and the writers have under utilized Bo for years. Doesn't seem that the revolving door of writers has known what to do with him. PR is a talented actor, I'm sure this must have been frustrating for him on many levels.

From what he wrote, they are leaving the door open for a return so it doesn't sound like they will be killing the character off. I wonder what they will do to take him off the canvas?

It's better for Peter to leave on his own terms then to get a pink slip from tptb. He has had a very good acting career in show business in comparison to some. Besides, Days won't be on for much longer so this gives him a good start to early retirement or a fantastic resume. Good luck Bo, you'll be missed by many.

It is really sad that he is leaving, BOPE is the only reason I watch the show. I love their chemistry with each other and all the other characters they work with. I was so looking forward to the show when Jennifer came back as well as Marlena and John. Disappointed with all of this. I just can't possibly see what they are going to do with Hope. Are they seriously going to have Bo leave her or something. How are they possibly going to do this. It just seems so unreal to me. I would rather her just go as well. Just a very sad day!

I will miss Bo . John & Marlena / Bo & Hope are the reasons why I watch Days , I noticed in the interview that he says he hopes that he will return in the future so that gives me hope but now there are 2 questions in my mind
1. How will Bo leave Salem ?
2. Will Hope be paired with someone or stay loyal to Bo ?
I hope these will be anwsered the only way I can see Bo
leave Salem is that he was the shooter and is arrested .

i will not miss Bo but I believe he will eventually return

I have watched this show from day one..great show and I always find a reason to watch..ONE person does not make a show...The rating system is so flawed and I can never believe Days is on the bottom..Bo and Hope have not added anything to the show for a long time..maybe it's time they both moved on..In the early days they were magic..It's not their ages..they are vibrant people. The SLs for them have been weak..but not a reason to be disloyal to this show that has given me so much pleasure from day one..complaing will give us another awful talk show I fear.
