Gabi outlived her usefulness the first day she was on air. Really. I never have figured why she was brought on in the first place. She has added nothing to this show. I see her trying to kill Melanie and winding up getting Chad instead and Melanie leaving heartbroken and Gabi getting away with it. WOW! So over her taking up space. In any case, I don't see a reason for Carrie and Austin being in Salem either. I liked that Carrie came back for John and that she came back as a lawyer. But she has been wasted since. And Austin with Abby?!?! Really?!?!?! Again, a waste of showtime. I don't think Meng knows what makes a good show. Otherwise, we would not keep needing these reboots. The main characters need diversity. The show was getting better at having the families of Salem interacting. No one character was all bad, or all good. What is happening now? Is this the way the IIC are making sure the show is lost for good? Sorry to rant, but REALLY?!?!?!?! |

Quote windsongj: they should get rid of austin, billie, gabi, melanie, ian, and daniel, will, sonny, and leave carrie jack on The writing for Will has been the only thing worth watching lately, but one story line can't carry a whole show. I think instead of getting rid of these characters they should be interwoven into the canvas and interact on more levels than just their s/l... Jack for instance had like one or two scenes with his sister Adrienne, has not had any interaction with his nephew Sonny. Daniel and Maggie's relationship is totally missing too. |
