Will today Some truths came out and even though I didn't like the tone of him admitting he is his mother's son at least he acknowledges it, I know he was mocking Sami he just needs to own up to it. I hope he can stop hating her so much. I know it won't be happening anytime soon cause what happens next.

Yes Will needs to start reining it in a little and that’s one of the qualities I love about Sonny because of him being the voice of reason to Will.

BUT

This is a soap not a documentary and I’m not going to lie because I’m getting a perverse sense of satisfaction of seeing Will calling Sami out on all of her cr-p that I’ve seen ever since her teen years. A couple of lines I enjoyed “First dad & now EJ, OMG who’s next?” “Did you ask for an open relationship?”

I also want to point out that I think JS & CM were having fun in the scene where it was revealed that Will shot EJ. About 40 minutes into the show EJ said “Samantha, your son tried to blackmail me. I just responded in kind.” Will pulls this weird expression (I don’t know if CM is fighting a smile at that moment), then they show Sami but if you look behind her JS has a slight grin and considering the serious tone of the discussion I don’t think that’s part of the script. In seeing all this it’s hard to take the negative comments I’ve been reading seriously.

OH you found more negative comments online in other websites. I guess they will be happier this week once Will tells Lucas. I read the SOD and it states that Chandler even tried to put distance in the way he has reacted towards Lucas because he hasn't been around due to being in China but once he tells them both about being gay and Lucas steps up that Chandler then chose to show them back to how they were before he went to Switzerland. Now is that good? I mean you have watched for years, I haven't. I started to watch after EJ thought he could be the twins father and the subsequent months leading to now. I did see youtube clips of Lucas & Will smokebombing EJ's house when EJ & Sami went on a date. Will it be that sort of behavior? We just have to wait and see. I am tryig to support Days. It has been hard during this explosive house junk but we only have so many soaps and I believe in some of the actors.

I’ve read on a couple boards the question if the reason why posters are so lenient with Will & his attitude is due to the fact that he’s gay. This is the only soap board I post on so I’m going to answer this to how I personally feel about Will.

I’m not invested in the character of Will solely for the reason of him being gay. There’s a quality about him who inherently has compassion for his siblings and he worries about their future in a stable home. I don’t see him suddenly turning on them and wanting to sell them on the black market like someone else we know but I won’t mention names. There’s also certain lines he won’t cross like breaking up Chad & Melanie for the sake of an old girlfriend like Gabi. I also don’t see him going the route of drugging someone and raping them, again like someone else we know. Deep within Will’s core there’s good in him and it shows for those around him he wants to show it to.

I’m not fed up with Will’s attitude towards Sami as others are due to the fact it only started up around November (6 months, lets do the math & compare to Sami’s 20 years). This doesn’t mean I don’t want him to stop because he does need to tone it down but I understand why he does it so it doesn’t bother me as much. Everyone has their own tolerance levels and for me I’m still tolerant with Will’s behavior.

I’m nervous about the writer changes are they going to better or worse in terms of Will’s personality.

I think we all are on pins and needles waiting to see what they will write. I really hope they do better and can write something really worth watching.
