I was reading EW Summer Double Issue of what is hot and not -good article about Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney. Also really good article about the new Spiderman. The actor was asked about he got the job after sending a photo of him at age six dressed as Spiderman and his brother was superman. I knew I wanted to see this movie before but now after reading this article I have to see it.

sigh. my job is driving me crazy. for the past six months they haven't told us the rules and qualifications on QUALITY. I get it that they want a good product and work to be correct but this stuff is just horseshit that they took six months plus to come up with the new rules and then to say and by the way we will be going back from January 1st and enforce these rules. We knew that the rules were changing since last August they told us that they were working on them so it took almost 9 months plus and then they just say and by the way if you aren't meeting these your job is on the line. It just doesn't seem fair. I know I know who said life is fair.

So now back to work and loving it,..man,Oh man I really sat around for to long and every muscle in my body is letting me know it!!...LOL
Everyone came and gave me a Welcome Home Hug which was really great, they are a great bunch of guys...for the most part!....Every now and they though!...LOL

We are having some really nasty weather here, there have even been a couple of tornadoes touch down and a couple funnel clouds that didn't....I told Dennis this was going to be the year for tornadoes!..He hates it when I tell him whats going to happen!!...LOL

Glad to you see you posted MamaRosa you are missed but glad you are back enjoying your job. Hope the weather calms down. We haven't had any rain at all for the last three weeks this morning woke up to thunder and hail. HEY IT's RAINING!! So I am happy. Poor grass and plants needed this, work is what it is, it's a paycheck and benefits, my boss told us a few years ago we had to flexible because this is the new norm, she wasn't kidding then we keep getting new changes and so I have to tell myself -it's job security be glad you have it, roll with the changes.

I started watching Dallas last night even though I was recording, I fell asleep but from what I saw it looked good. The intro theme music brought back memories. I’ll have to watch the recording on the weekend.
