Impossible, Unethical, Illegal.

Sami and EJ walk down the stairs at home, arm in arm and agree EJ did the right thing by sacrificing everything for her freedom. Will shows up, angry that she's living there with Stefano. Sami takes him into the great room and he argues that holding a grudge in this case is appropriate. Sami says EJ sacrificed everything for her freedom. He agrees to keep quiet about it. They look on the bright side. At least she's there with the kids and can protect them from Stefano. Upstairs, Chad has a nightmare that Abigail was horrified to learn the truth about his brain tumor. He gets up and finds EJ downstairs and tells his brother about his nightmare. EJ says they need to ensure the truth never comes out. He makes a call and tells Chad his medical records have been authenticated. They'll illustrate his treatment and recovery going forward. Chad's flabbergasted and thankful. They embrace. EJ says the lie he told Cameron is a small sacrifice to keep Abigail with him. EJ finds Sami and Will and Will thanks him for all he has done for his mother. They hug and Will goes. EJ and Sami kiss and take a walk.

At the hospital, Kayla flashes to telling JJ his father was no saint. Anne comes upon her and bitches about Jennifer not making an appearance at work again. Disinterested, Kayla walks away. Theresa shows up and Anne continues her attack on Jennifer and they talk strategy and sigh about how hot Daniel is. Theresa gets an idea to take something of Daniel's from his locker. She whispers something to Anne who replies, "Oh impossible. Unethical. Illegal. If I were caught... but this is me..." She runs off.

At home, Jenn and Abigail worry about where JJ spent the night. They leaf through Jack's memoirs and Jennifer brings up Jack's remorse over raping Kayla. He was killed before they had a chance to explain it to JJ and both worry about how he'll deal with it if he finds out the wrong way. Kayla arrives. Abby leaves and Kayla opens up about her argument with JJ. She's beside herself with guilt and apologizes. Jenn understands but Kayla calls it wrong. She wishes she could take it back. Jenn says JJ won't let this go. She needs Kay to keep this to herself. She can't fail JJ again.

JJ, Rory, and Bev have breakfast at the pub and discuss what Kayla could be hiding. JJ hits a dead end while searching online. He comes up with a plan and leaves.

At home, Sonny and Gabi happily do yoga with Arianna until the mood shifts when Nick calls.

From the square, Nick leaves Gabi a message that he'd like to see her. He looks at the bio he wrote for her on his laptop and hopes she gets a job far from Salem. He searches for a job for himself.

At home, Marge looks at Sami's picture in the paper and vows not to let her get away with 'it'.

JJ drops by the Kiriakis mansion to find Adrienne. He butters her up, saying he wants a fresh start. She's proud of him. He shows her Jack's memoirs and she's moved. He leads her to believe Jack wrote about "everything he did," and she purses her lips. He brings up 'the thing about Kayla' and Adrienne starts to shake and drops her tea cup, smashing it.

Back at the apartment, Gabi listens to Nick's message and mopes. She cares about Nick but has to find a way to tell him it's over.

Sonny strolls Arianna into the club. Chad jokes about needing some identification from the little lady. He mentions seeing Will at the house, arguing with Sami. Sonny says it's a day for arguing. He brings up Gabi meeting with Nick to give him a dose of the truth. They talk about JJ having no place to stay. Sonny doesn't want to rock the boat by letting him stay with them and Chad doesn't think anyone should stay at the mansion unless they're forced to. Sonny laughs but Chad's not kidding. Will arrives and tells Sonny everything is fine. They flirt and kiss.

Nick waits for Gabi at the pub and fantasizes that she's thrilled he helped find her a job. She arrives and tells him they need to talk...

Back at the hospital, Anne returns from the locker and gives Theresa Daniel's bracelet. She smirks and goes to Jenn's office but is disappointed to find Abigail there instead of Jenn.

EJ and Sami are caught strolling through the park by Marge, who yells, "Murderer." Nearby, Jenn finds Bev and Rory and asks where JJ is.
