Steffy and Hope argue, Dayzee makes a shocking discovery, and Eric comforts Taylor.
In Steffy's office, she asks Hope if she's for real - pushing her? Hope warns her she's proud of her family. Hope can't believe Steffy isn't giving up on Liam. Steffy says she obviously feels entitled because her name is 'Logan'. Hope claims she never got her chance with Liam. Steffy tells her she couldn't give Liam what he needed. Brooke enters and chastises Steffy for talking to Hope that way. The girls continue to bicker. Brooke tells Steffy that Liam doesn't want Hope to stay away - that's why he asked her to move out. Steffy tells Hope they share something she and Liam don't. Hope informs her that she and Liam will marry and have children together. Steffy reminds her she gave Liam up when she called off the second wedding, regardless of the manipulations. Hope says Liam is hers. Steffy tells her to listen up - she and Liam share something he and Hope don't. She asks Hope to give him space to make up his mind without pressure.
In his office at Forrester, Eric tells Taylor their family wouldn't be what it is today if not for her. Taylor complains about Brooke and her children being takers. They discuss Steffy's reasons for keeping the pregnancy from Liam. Eric comforts Taylor. Taylor apologizes for venting about Brooke - he's always been her champion. Eric tells Taylor he cares about her too. He ponders talking to Liam. Taylor nixes the idea - Brooke will thinks she sent him. Eric understands her pain for Steffy. Tay complains that Ridge used to keep Brooke in check - she finally understands what Stephanie was trying to tell her all those years. Taylor feels helpless. Eric says it's not the end and kisses her.
Outside the office, Pam asks Donna if she's worried about Eric and Taylor. Donna says she's worried about Eric and doesn't want Taylor upsetting him.
At the cafe, Carter listens as Dayzee tells Marcus she thought she could handle Maya. Marcus says Maya needs to be told no. Dayzee says she keeps demanding her daughter back. Dayzee doesn't know what to do. Carter questions Dayzee about the adoption process. Dayzee thinks they did things properly. Carter worries she may have opened herself up to human trafficking charges. Dayzee doesn't want to contact the adoptive parents, but Carter and Marcus urge her to call. She does - the number's been disconnected. She looks online and discovers that Maya's daughter and her adoptive parents died in a car accident! Maya appears.
