Liam asks for another chance, Marcus faces charges, and Hope argues with Steffy.
At home, Liam tells Hope he made the mistake of a lifetime, but says he loves her. He wants another chance. Hope says she saw on the video that he's still in love with Steffy. Hope says even if she forgave him, she doesn't think she could forget. Liam murmurs that he's always been honest about his feelings for Steffy. Hope thinks he wants Steffy. Liam says that was when he thought he'd lost Hope. Hope says she can't pretend that what happened between him and Steffy meant nothing. She walks out.
In Steffy's office, Brooke tells her she wants to believe she won't take advantage of the situation. Steffy reminds her she had nothing to do with Hope seeing the video. They bicker about what responsibility Steffy has in what happened in Italy. Steffy suggests Brooke go help Hope understand how emotions can take over when there are three people involved. Steffy says Hope needs to have more faith in Liam's love and perhaps join the real world - people make mistakes. Brooke asks what Steffy intends to do next. Steffy says that's up to Hope and Liam, but if he comes back to her, she'd take him in a heartbeat.
At the jail, Dayzee paces while Thomas and Caroline try to reassure her. Marcus is brought in. He apologizes for putting Dayzee through this. He asks about Anthony. Justin appears to say the bail hearing can't be held until morning, but he's going to ask Bill to pull some strings. He leaves and returns with the news that Bill should be able to get Marcus out tonight. Marcus is thankful for family and friends. Justin warns Marcus he needs to shut his mouth about the charges. Marcus cautions that he doesn't intend to lie. Lt. Baker enters as Justin tells Marcus he's looking at six months - worst case scenario. Baker says Marcus sent 157 texts that day - he has a hunch more than one was sent from behind the wheel. Justin advises Marcus to stay quiet. Baker tells Marcus to enjoy his nice lifestyle while he can, and then leaves. Once alone, Dayzee tells Marcus he'll be home and they'll start their life together.
Brooke arrives at Liam's house and learns Hope left. She tells Liam he shouldn't be surprised that she's devastated. Liam says Hope tore up their wedding papers, but says he won't give up.
Hope passes Steffy's office. Steffy tells her she's sorry. They bicker about Liam only telling Hope half the truth. Steffy says they can still be happy. Hope holds up her wedding band and tells her if she wants Liam so bad she can take the ring!
