Bill has surprising news, Brooke storms in on Steffy, and Hope confronts Liam.
At Brooke's house, Hope marvels that Liam was touching Steffy like that on their wedding day. Brooke tries to calm her down, but Hope won't have her defending him. They discuss how the video stopped because the battery died. Hope can't be sure things didn't go further between them. Brooke says Liam promised her it didn't. Hope says Liam lied to her - she doesn't know him anymore. Brooke and Hope bicker about Brooke defending him. Hope says Liam is still in love with Steffy. Hope is stunned that he could turn to Steffy so quickly and barely an hour later make vows to her. Brooke insists to Hope that she's the most important person in the world to Liam. Hope wonders if she's supposed to just pretend the video never happened - how can she trust him? Brooke says he felt betrayed. Hope says if she'd found a note like that, she would have found him and tried to fix it, but he just turned to Steffy - all he wanted was her. She takes off.
In Steffy's office, Liam and Steffy discuss Marcus's troubles. Bill appears with an envelope. Liam asks, "Hope and I still need to sign these?" Bill nods. "To make your marriage official." Liam thought it already was official. They go. Taylor arrives to visit Steffy, who tells her Bill was just there and said the marriage isn't yet legal in the United States. Once alone, Steffy pulls out a photo and relives her memories of being with Liam. Later, Brooke arrives saying Hope saw the video. She tells Steffy if she'd just stayed away on Hope's wedding day none of this would have happened. Steffy realizes that Brooke doesn't think they're going to make it.
In another office at Forrester, Liam wonders why Bill brought the papers there - it's like rubbing it in to Steffy. Bill says the marriage will be legal by the end of the day - no big deal. Liam blurts that something happened between him and Steffy in Italy and that he told Hope about it. Bill asks when he's going to stop being such a boy scout. Liam insists he and Hope are fine and Steffy is moving on with her life. Bill asks, "Sure about that?"
Liam arrives at home and tells a silent Hope the news about the paperwork they need to sign. Hope immediately confronts him about what she saw in the video. She asks how he left that bed with Steffy and then looked into her eyes and said wedding vows. Liam tells her not to overreact. Hope says he only told her what he wanted to, and only because her mother forced him to! "Everything is ruined!" Liam protests - they will get through this. He hugs her, but she doesn't hug back.

Brooke needs to be deported from the planet. She is not focused enough on her own marriage. Therefore, another woman should be introduced as competition to her. She should have to fight to get Ridge back. She should the new Taylor in that situation while Taylor has moved on.
