Liam hears Hope's explanation, Brooke rants about Deacon, and Bill worries about the plan.
In the hotel, Hope blissfully tells Liam that everything is fine and they are still getting married. Liam seems stunned. Hope crows that it's the best day of her life! She apologizes for the misunderstanding, saying she just lost track of time when she saw her father. Liam says he's happy for her. Hope tells him all she had to do to get to the church. Liam tells Hope he doesn't think he can do this - he really believed that note was from her. Hope says now he knows it's not true, so it's fine. He says it's not fine - everything has changed. Hope suggests they get married on the bluff instead of at the church, and rushes off to get ready. Steffy emerges from behind a door. She and Liam both have tears in their eyes.
In their room, Brooke tells Ridge that there is no record of a Deacon Sharpe staying in the hotel. He is worried about Steffy. Brooke rants about Deacon showing up, and on Hope's wedding day! Ridge wonders if Brooke thinks Bill is behind this. Brooke says Hope's a public figure - it's easy to find out where she is. Ridge assures her they'll find Deacon and make him go away, but right now they have a wedding to attend. They kiss.
On the jet, Bill recalls urging Steffy to see things through and go to the wedding. He tells Alison that Liam and Steffy will soon be on this plane flying away. Alison learns from the limo driver that the bride is with the groom. Bill decides he won't jump to conclusions, but admits he's worried. Alison starts probing about what it was like to find out he had a grown son. Bill gets angry at Alison and tells her she should know what is going on - that's what he's paying her for! She tells him Liam and Steffy may not be coming. Bill muses that Hope may have walked in on something. Alison tells him she thinks he's lost control - he can't live Liam's life for him. Bill protests that he's doing him a favor - he needs someone he can count on. He lists Hope's issues. He insists Steffy is the right woman for Liam - a blind man could see it!
Ridge finds Bill on the hotel grounds and asks if he's seen Deacon Sharpe. Bill asks what he looks like. Ridge growls that there it's a big coincidence Deacon showed up on Hope's wedding day, and wonders if Bill had anything to do with that.
