Liam learns what Hope did, Bill puts his plan in motion, and Steffy changes her mind.
In her office, Steffy bickers with Bill about going to Liam's wedding. She protests that it would be torture! He insists anything could happen - and she'll want to be there when it does. Steffy says it's too much. Bill knows it's hard for her to see how this could turn out, but he urges her not to give up. He thinks Steffy should be in Italy in case something goes down and Liam needs her.
At Hope's house, she tells Liam she visited Bill. He muses, "Baby steps." Hope then tells him she asked Steffy to be in the wedding. Liam can't believe she did that - it's like rubbing salt in the wound. Hope says it would be the best wedding present ever if they could have peace in the family. Liam's impressed with her efforts to reach out. As they leave, Hope remarks that the next time she walks through that door she'll be married.
At Forrester, Brooke tells Ridge she understands his concern for Steffy, but it's Hope and Liam's time now and they need their support. Katie appears and says they have her support, but she won't be at the wedding. Katie says Bill is showing signs of getting with the program, having agreed to be Liam's best man. Ridge tells Katie to take care of herself. Katie asks them to keep an eye on her husband - she doesn't think he'll have a relapse, but you never know.
Back at his office, Bill and Alison firm up plans as Katie arrives. She enthuses about how glad she is he's accepting Hope as his daughter-in-law - he always comes through for family. Bill gruffly says she's putting him in a pedestal. She says maybe a little step stool. They express their love and hug. After, Bill gets on the phone and intimidates the warden into releasing Deacon and following his plan. Once on Bill's jet, Alison asks why he's messing with Liam's happiness with Hope. Bill says it won't last, and this is his last shot. His son's future hinges on Sharpe.
On the Forrester jet, the pilot interrupts a kiss between Hope and Liam. He asks about Steffy's name being on the manifest. Brooke and Ridge appear and ask why that would be. Hope tells them she asked her to be part of the wedding. Suddenly, Steffy appears. She says the healing has to start. Liam watches Steffy with admiration. They hug and toast. Hope and Liam kiss.
In the prison, the warden tells Deacon that Spencer's on his way. He looks at a photo of Hope.
