Donna and Nick talk, Steffy visits Bill, and Jackie tells Pam what she needs to hear.
At Forrester, Brooke tells Katie that Donna is in good hands - with Nick. Katie wonders, "Do they even like each other?" Talk turns to Katie having to share the holidays with Steffy. Katie hopes Steffy knows enough not to mess with her again.
On the Shady Marlin, Nick shows Donna how to work things. He mentions having some of Pam's lemon bars. Donna warns him never to feed them to a dog. Nick teaches her boat terms and tells her which restaurants are nearby. He asks if he should keep it quiet that she's staying there. Donna says no one will ask. Nick opens them some beers and they talk about life. Donna feels she's not all that interesting. Nick says 'interesting' is in the eye of the beholder - and assures her people are looking.
Steffy arrives at Bill's office as Justin exits. Bill tells Steffy that Justin and Donna broke up. Steffy explains why she came clean with Liam about Aspen. Bill wonders if she's going to reveal his part in it. Steffy doesn't intend to. Bill says he wouldn't want Liam to think there was anything between them still. Steffy says, "Exactly. Because it's not true." Steffy asks Bill to make Katie stop butting into her marriage. Bill hugs her as Katie enters. Steffy takes off, wishing Bill good luck. Bill assures Katie he wouldn't fool around with his son's wife. She asks if he spoke to Steffy while she was in Aspen. He admits it. Katie hisses, "You stopped the gondola." She rages at him for what he put her niece through, and Bill becomes concerned when she seems to lose her breath.
At Jackie M, Pam listens as Jackie gets advice from Sally over the phone on how to pass the designs off as their own. She tells Pam that Sally said, "Deny, deny, deny!" Pam laments not having girlfriends. Jackie offers herself up. Pam doesn't buy it - most people think she's a joke. Jackie says that's something they have in common right there. They talk about Nick. Jackie says she supported this scheme because her son needed someone like Pam in his life. After, Jackie decides to add a bow to the purple gown - Eric hates bows.
Steffy arrives in Brooke's office and warns that if Katie doesn't back off she might wind up in the same situation as Donna.
