Bill gets another visit from Steffy, Taylor promises to talk to her daughter, and Ridge learns the jet has gone down.
Brooke screams as the Forrester jet bounces, "We're going down!" The plane crashes in the ocean and Thomas and Brooke struggle in the turbulent water in the dark. The pilot calls out to them and Thomas yells back. As Thomas heads for a piece of the fuselage, Brooke slips under the water. Thomas pulls her to the surface, but she's unconscious. He gets her onto the piece of plane and she coughs and regains consciousness.
Steffy and Stephanie continue to discuss Bill's marriage at Forrester. Steffy says she's going to see Bill. Stephanie urges her to let them work things out. Steffy won't listen, and asks her grandmother not to tell Ridge - he's got enough on his plate worrying about Brooke and Thomas. Steffy leaves and Stephanie seeks out Ridge, saying they need to talk. She wants to know why he put Thom in the position to travel with Brooke again - she's not comfortable with it. Ridge says he thinks Thomas learned his lesson and trusts him. Ridge tracks the flight online and notes that it appears their flight has disappeared. Ridge gets a call from the FAA and is told the jet went down over the Pacific. Ridge tells Stephanie.
In Taylor's office, she and Katie discuss Bill walking out. Katie isn't sure how much more time she has to make things right between them. Taylor asks if Steffy is a factor. Katie says she's a symptom of the problem, not the problem, but she wouldn't object if Taylor were to speak to her daughter. Taylor assures her she will. Katie goes, and Whip comes in to make out with his wife. She asks if he's seen Steffy - he hasn't, but mentions seeing Thomas earlier. Taylor tells him he's left for Australia with Brooke. Whip thinks Ridge is out of his mind. Taylor worries about her children. Whip reassures her.
Bill comes into his office and asks his secretary to leave before pouring himself a drink. Steffy appears, saying she's there to be a friend. Bill's not inclined to discuss his marriage with her, but reveals that Katie told Taylor that he plotted a murder. Steffy says it's so wrong what Katie is doing to him. Bill hisses that he felt betrayed. Steffy assure him she won't abandon him like Katie did. She straddles him on his chair and kisses him. Bill kisses her back but then pushes her away, saying he won't betray his vows. She wants him more, and lunges at him again.
