    Stop the madness. (CBS)
"The Bold and the Beautiful" for the week of April 21 - 25:

This week was a bit of a downer thanks to the refocus on Hope and her triangle-living. Thoughts:

    Gum stuck to her shoe.
There aren't too many viewers left who are swooning over Liam as a romantic hero - years of flip-flopping have destroyed his integrity. Besides, he's kind of boring without Steffy to liven him up. Let's face it, returning to focus on Liam and Hope's rather over-exposed love story is more akin to picking at a scab than anything more enchanting. Regardless of which pairing you like, it's a good bet you're ready to have Hope choose a man and then go back-burner for a good long time. As for the premise of Hope dating two brothers simultaneously, are we supposed to find that empowering? More worrisome - since Liam invoked a 'no sex' policy for this ridiculous equal time plan the giggling and kissing is bound to escalate beyond acceptable limits. What might save the day is if Wyatt refuses to settle for sharing her. Vote in's B&B Poll: What should Wyatt do?

    Whose house?
The scenes with Bill and Liam are always comic gold and this week was no exception.

    Past the comfort zone.
Maya's interest in Oliver's love life has definitely gone beyond the comfort zone. Carter needs to get seriously irritated and find out she and Oliver shared a kiss - that would add a little zing for his character.

    Hates Taylor. (CBS)
    He's everything.
Caroline giving advice to Ally made for a feelgood scene, but more importantly, she is the only one who knows about Oliver and Ally. This leaves one to wonder if she'll end up in a situation where she has to compromise the secret.

    Flip and fly.
It was laugh out loud funny when Wyatt muttered under his breath that Ally was going to 'flip and fly' after Oliver suggested she model the bedroom line. That said, it was kind of weird that Oliver suggested this given her attitude about Hope doing it. It was almost like he was testing to see how much sway he had over her, which would be unappealing if it were true. As for the underwater shoot at the pool, those were some awkward shots - not so sure Ridge would be impressed. Where has Ridge been anyway? Ally later opened up to Oliver about her hatred for Taylor, which seemed out of the blue until we learned that Taylor is once again sleeping with Thorne - whoo hoo!

Watching Liam and Hope is about as interesting as watching paint dry.

Why are we on this Hope-Liam-Wyatt thing roller coaster again? Does anyone care? Hope will probably get back together with Liam just as Steffy steps off the plane in L.A. and then we can do it ALL over again. Or maybe it will be a quadrangle with Wyatt and Quinn working with Steffy. The only thing that will be interesting is which side Bill will be on. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ......

I wish someone would clear up one thing -- in the cast info it says Ally attended law school, but clearly she is barely 18, has just had her first ever kiss, and never mentions college, law school or anything remotely legal.

Thorne is an idiot for getting back in bed with Taylor when he knows his daughter so easily becomes unglued, and still hates the woman who killed her mom. This could get very ugly. I assume Thorne and Taylor will be coming home from Paris? And will Thomas and Steffy come with them? Haven't heard from Thomas in months.

And yes, where is Ridge? And RJ?

I wonder if they are going to write LG's pregnancy into the story? Nothing seems to hint at it yet and she can't stay a size zero forever! Maybe they are just going to shoot her from the neck up for a few months. It's been done before.

Writers please get off these triangles love affairs. Writers sitting in a BOX! Over played and out lived storylines.
Taylor OMG, now back with Thorne. Everybody knows he is just there no mind and no brains. He is waiting on Ridges left overs. I guess Katie is next. Taylor - Ridge(over and over...) Rick, Thorne, Eric and now back to Thorne. GO get her Ally! Track record looks like Brookes when it comes to Forrester men. This show portrays all the women with no morals. As for Hope, no Hope for her. Wyatt doesn't stand a chance.

    Thanks for the comments everyone!

dramaqueen333 - I adjusted Ally's cast info. She was a pre-law student but left following the violent outburst or incident that was referred to.

I Am not a Taylor fan, the way she has been written has lost any credibility and respect for her. She can't point fingers at Brooke anymore. I am not a fan of Brooke either. Still waiting on Ridge's life changing experience. As a matter a fact, I am waiting on Ridge. Where is he? His co VP has been working alone. I like Hope with Liam so put her there and stop the madness. Guess Oliver will fall for Aly and be her defender until... Maya spills the beans. I, too, thought Oliver was out of line to suggest Ally knowing her reluctance to do such things and her whole HFTF attitude. She is really awkward with Oliver. The eyes rolling, etc is so strange.

I would honestly prefer that Hope be dumped on her butt or get the brains to realize this whole thing with Liam and Wyatt is ridiculous and then go off to work at Forrester International ...or get stuck on a deserted island.

Wyatt dump Hope, Liam wants to be a polygamist, then they can compare notes better yet Liam tells her nothing more than making out, SOO stupid. Thorn live in Paris and his fragile daughter lives in LA, and better yet he us hooking up with Taylor, who is the reason Aly has no MOTHER! You get what you ask for.
This is not worth the air time!

This is a horrible story line another saga with the Hope triangle ! I can't do it again . Do B&B need new writers ? I must need a break or stop watching all together !!!!!!

Thank you, Candace, I appreciate you clearing up the Ally bio. I remember she returned home to do some kind of independent study but didn't realize she had left college under mysterious circumstances. It seemed that she arrived home and then never spoke of her education again.
