    Flirty Wyatt. (CBS)
"B&B" Breakdown for the week of September 9 - 13:

The excitement level dropped down a notch or two this week on "B&B." Thoughts:

    In the mix.
Thorne made amends with Eric this week. While he had to say something after that display of pomposity during Rick's fashion show, it's all so unappealing. It was disappointing for Thorne to be portrayed as one part of 'Dumb and Dumber' with Thomas in the first place; basically they were set-up to be humiliated. Now, once again, Thorne's resigned to kissing butt at Forrester while playing second fiddle to yet another brother. Many viewers feel Thorne is long overdue to come into his own as a main player at the family business, complete with a romance and a big storyline.

    A new appreciation.
How could you not laugh when Rick told Liam he had a new appreciation for what he went through with Steffy and Hope, and the scene ended with Liam learning that Wyatt and Hope had made a deal to work together? Liam is definitely getting a 'new appreciation' for what he put the girls through - about time!

    Family jewels.
It's a kick seeing Wyatt get the best of Liam. Hope obviously isn't ready to give up Wyatt's flattering attentions, and few feel sorry for Liam as this is like karma biting him back. Wyatt is at his best when he's being flirty with Hope. She's still too giggly and girlish - it's all so 'puppy love' with her - but Wyatt makes her bearable. As for Hope's obsession with making Wyatt and Liam act like brothers, Miss Bossy Boots should let them decide on their own.

    Run, Maya! (CBS)
    Her side.
Brooke visited Wyatt and continued to promote her and Bill's version of the events that led to them 'shacking up'. Blaming Katie is still too twisted a concept for most, but Wyatt clearly craves a relationship with his father, so he seemed to be willing to buy it. As for Wyatt's interest in Hope, if Brooke is so invested in Hope marrying Liam, why didn't she warn Wyatt away from her daughter? Anyway, Brooke's visit ultimately led to a Bill/Wyatt reunion, which was definitely a 'feel good' moment.

    Quinn and Katie.
These two bonding is all good as long as it doesn't lead to regular meetings of the 'Bitter Exes Club'. Much more preferable would be them being empowered, confident, and supportive of one another.

    What's she up to?
That was the question on everyone's mind after Caroline surprised a half-naked Uncle Bill in the bedroom to pledge her support (kinda' creepy), and later paid Katie a visit at Spencer to do the same thing. Hmm.

    Leaving L.A.
It was satisfying to hear Katie tell Brooke and Bill how it's going to be. It was a tad poignant watching Bill say goodbye to Will, but there has to be some repercussions.

    Surprise!
There are no words for how creepy and pushy Carter is with his Maya obsession. He knows she's still got a thing for Rick and she's rebuffed him in the past, yet he's gone straight to a marriage proposal? Run, Maya, run! What do you think Maya should do? Vote:

Agree about Thorne, give the man a story! I wonder if Alexandra will ever return to the screen?

I wonder if Hope, who is so obsessed with DNA connections, ever sees her own brother RJ? She never even talks about him but thinks that total strangers and total opposites Wyatt and Liam should somehow suddenly be besties.

Love that Hope is the new Liam though, and Liam is the new Hope. Pay back!

Agree about the Carter thing, they've never been out on a date much less known each other long enough to talk about anything resembling marriage!

Seems like Caroline is trying to get information or find out where her best luck can be found. And yes, what was she doing walking into the bedroom in Brooke's house and hanging out with her towel-clad uncle? Yuck.

Loved Katie's scenes with Bill -- it's not going to be all neat and sweet for Bill, get a new woman and throw the other way but everything else remains the same! Actions have consequences. And I loved what Katie said about Brooke and her tears. She nailed it. I hope Brooke and Bill are happy with each other because they don't have much else!

I prefer wyatt with hope. i do not see liam as lasting any real length of time with hope at all. liam is already sneaking around looking for landlines to call up steffy to profess his undying love for her. maybe he misses his babysitter to tuck him in bed at night.

Does Katie really want to portray the incapacitated woman, or the scorned hateful woman? which will it be. She thinks a judge will feel sorry for her because shes got a bum heart and was left alone while he went to MonteCarlo? Yet whe wants to portray the savvy business woman who can run a multimillion $ corporation? Get real Katie. You cant be both. In peoples eyes you will look like a loone whos stark raving jealous of her sister. and is out for revenge. By running away , Yet again when times get tough at home. Talk about loosing credibility as a sane person.

Wyatt is two-faced. Katie is on the run again. She needs to take charge or hand over the reins to someone who can run SP. Disappointed that she still pines for that low life Bill. Brooke is disgusting. Her tears wipe away her transgressions. The soap needs some new stuff. To bring TThrone out of the basement for that humiliating storyline was absurd. Let the actor go if the character is no longer used. I also questioned Caroline'svisit to Bill and Katie. What is she up to? Carter needs to leave town. That storyline is disgusting. THey have written him into a corner as a stalker.
