    Couple? (CBS)
    "B&B" Breakdown
    Week of January 28 - February 1:

Though there were some new elements introduced to the show this week, it still largely consisted of viewers being dragged unwillingly through the land of the dreaded triangle. Thoughts on the week:

Hope gave her mother a good going-over on the subject of Bill, and seemed satisfied by Brooke's explanation that the attraction occurred because Katie pushed them together, and that she would never actually go there. We'll see.

    The big bad Logans.
While I can understand Taylor being irked by the very existence of the Logans at times, it endlessly surprises me that a therapist can't see the past situation with Ridge clearly. Brooke wouldn't have been able to come between Taylor and Ridge if they were solid. Period.

Your kiss is on my list.
Eric's decision to make Thomas vice-president seemed a little strange - why didn't he do that in the first place? As for Taylor's reaction - the kiss - it seemed spontaneous rather than a calculated move. What do you think of the idea of Taylor and Eric getting together? Weigh in by voting in's B&B Taylor and Eric poll.

    Sounding bored.
Clearly Justin is so tired of existing solely to listen to Bill's problems that he decided it might be fun to inject a little more drama into the situation. After Bill went on about Katie and Brooke, Justin upped the ante by asking, "Have you ever wondered if you married the wrong Logan sister?" Naughty Justin, we love you.

    Personality transplant. (CBS)
    Maya mess.
Still wondering if I'm missing something in this storyline! What exactly does Maya have to hold over Dayzee's head, and why does Dayzee feel the need to hide this situation from Marcus? There's nothing to suggest that the adoptions Dayzee helped with weren't on the up-and-up, so, yeah, not getting this at all.

    My brother, my friend.
While Marcus' brother, Carter, seems like a nice man and an interesting addition to the canvas, I have to wonder why they're bringing him on when they don't even use Marcus in storylines.

    Nothing compares to me.
Hope seems to have undergone a veritable personality-transplant since finding out 'the truth' that she was 'robbed' and 'lied to'. Brooke thinks she's more mature, and if that means more obnoxious, she's right on the money. Hope is now cracking jokes in bad taste about Brooke bedding her son-in-laws, is acting uncharacteristically smug and arrogant, and worst of all, has adopted a new lower speaking voice that we have to assume is supposed to sound jaded and sultry, but is positively cringe-worthy. Steffy, meanwhile, has gone too far the other way, and practically qualifies for sainthood at this point. Neither girl is acting like herself and Liam is further away than ever from knowing who or what he wants. Such a big tiring repetitive mess. It was too much like work to make it through Taylor and Brooke arguing their daughters' positions again this week, as well as to endure all the Italy references on Friday. Not entertaining.

Yes to everything. I decided today that I can't even record the show anymore. I watch it at night (in less than 5 minutes). Watching it while being home sick today, made me even more sick....I have watched this show since day 1 and it's sad to see how bad it is now....the storylines, characters and the actors are disappointing to watch. Keep posting, b/c until the show is not all Logans all the time, I can't watch.

So, Steffy witnesses the boy that just told her he loved her making out on their bed, before her plane even takes off. Now she comes back and has faith in him enough to marry her. WTH? How the heck did Steffy know that Hope and Liam didn't have sex the day she left or if they have been going at it the whole time she was gone. I just don't understand why either of these women would want to marry this serial cheater/waffler.

I agree with some but I don't agree about Hope being "uncharacteristically smug and arrogant". This is the same Hope on her first day of interning said that Steohanei (the original co-founder of FC the company Hoep was interning at) could leave and go work at Jackie M if she didn't like it at FC.
That says to be smug and arrogrant.

I completely agree with brata1! I fast forward through most of the shows now, I am so sick of seeing the same story line repeated! My husband asks me why I even continue to DVR and "watch" the few minutes that I do. If something doesn't change in the next week or two they will lose me as a viewer as well.

Brooke needs to stay out of Katie and Bill's business. She also needs to stay away fro. Liam's house and out of that mess. Taylor needs to go to Europe and chase after Ridge. The nerve of her to kiss Eric, afterthought or not. She had an agenda to get Eric to do something to appease Thomas. I am tired of the character Taylor. What a change over the years.

Another great blog Candace Nothing to love about Hope Logan before or now she iis definetly more obnoxious and her maturity has gone further downhill I don't think she would now how to spell the word let alone be mature and that disgusting joke she made that if Liam married her was not only immature but not funny totally gross even Liam told her she was gross and he was right and her self entitled attitude of I was robbed and already planned the next wedding when Liam hasn't even told her that he is choosing let alone and she is already planning a wedding again I suppose any day now the press conference will be arranged to announce their reunion before Liam makes a choice. I think what Hope should have on stand by a place in a psychiatric facility because she is going to have a meltdown when she finds out Steffy is pregnant and if Liam chooses Steffy before he knows about the baby the meltdown will be even bigger.
