In "The Bold And The Beautiful" history, 2009, Sandy Sommers entered the lives of Nick and Bridget Marone and later reveled herself to be Agnes Jones…
These days Hope Logan is planning to make a move to get Liam back and a few years ago Agnes took a stand for the man she loved. Wanting to have a baby with Bridget, Nick introduced his wife to Sandy as their possible surrogate. Bridget agreed to the idea but was kept in the dark about Sandy's past rape - and the fact that she was really Agnes Jones.
Nick secretly helped Agnes try to find out who her attacker had been, which turned out to be photographer named Graham Darros. Nick hired the man with the sole purpose of gathering his DNA to prove he'd raped Agnes. Once he did, and the police confirmed Graham was a rapist, Nick and Agnes saved Hope from being raped by the man as well.
By this time Agnes had fallen for Nick, who was facing Bridget's wrath for keeping her identity and past a secret. Agnes ended up losing the baby after an argument with Bridget. Nick wallowed in the news, and Bridget turned to Owen Knight during her grief. The two had sex, and Bridget became pregnant. Nick couldn't have been happier but soon faced more devastation after Agnes overheard Bridget and Owen discussing their affair and ran to Nick with the news.
Nick lashed out by divorcing Bridget, punching Owen and outing the baby scandal publically at Jackie M. At the end of the drama, Agnes got her man when Nick decided to give a relationship with her a shot.
