Updated May 10:
The "B&B" cast and production crew are taping scenes in Italy right now - trying to shoot 10 episodes in five days, according to The Washington Post. The scenes surround the upcoming wedding of Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope (Kim Matula).
Original article March 16:
For the fourth time "The Bold And The Beautiful" will be heading back to Italy on location. This May from the 7 through the 11, some of the cast will be shooting eight to ten episodes on the southern coastal region of Puglia and in and around the Masseria San Domenico and Borgo Egnazia resorts.
Actors already scheduled to take part in the location shoot are Ronn Moss (Ridge Forrester) and Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan). More actors, probably three, will be announced at a later date. Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley Bell stated, "I am excited to feature another gorgeous Italian region on "The Bold And The Beautiful." Brooke, Ridge and our other characters will find out that even in the remote location of Puglia, you can’t run away from the drama."
San Domenico Hotels are located with four superlative properties in Italy and the UK. The Masseria San Domenico in Puglia contains one of Italy’s best Thalassotherapy spas. The Masseria Cimino is a nearby boutique agriturismo known for its organic cuisine and contemporary design. The Borgo Egnazia is on its way to becoming one of the leading luxury resorts in the Mediterranean.
Expect these episodes to air this spring and next spring 2013 for Italian viewers, who are a year behind.
