Where Are They Now: B&B’s Jeff Trachta

    Tuesday, August 26 2008

    Jeff Trachta
You now know Winsor Harmon as Thorne Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful, but before he took over the role, Jeff Trachta played the second Forrester son from 1989-1996. Since he left the world of soaps behind, Jeff has pursued a successful career in both acting and music. Currently, Trachta is gearing up to perform his one-man show at the Spa Resort Casino in Palm Springs.

Jeff Trachta Live! will showcase the versatile actor as he performs comedy, music, celebrity impressions and high-tech entertainment every Friday, Saturday and Sunday beginning September 26.

As Jeff states himself, “The show is a combination of everything I’ve done on stage since the age of five. My performance is part Tracey Ullman Show, part Carol Burnett Show, with some Broadway classics, singing, dancing and impressions thrown in for good measure.”

A few of the impressions fans can expect to hear from Jeff include, Joan Rivers, George Burns, Larry the Cable Guy and both George Bushes, as well as characters from “All in the Family”, “Bewitched” and “Gillian’s Island”. Aside from his impressions, Jeff will also entertain his audiences with a set list that includes Motown, gospel and pop songs.

For more information or to purchase tickets for Jeff Trachta Live! call 1-888-999-1995 ext. 4050, or go online to the Spa Resort Casino website. Show times are: Fridays & Saturdays 7 PM, Sundays at 2 PM. All casino guests must be at least 21 years old.

Even though it’s been over a decade since Jeff left B&B, he will forever be a part of the daytime family and Soaps.com couldn’t be happier about Jeff’s post soap opera success.

I am so tired of the storyline with Pam, Donna, Owen, etc. When will this soap become the soap it use to be? The storylines now does not make any sense and are too far-fetched. I know this is only a soap but come on writes give us watchers a break; we are more intelligent than you think we are. One is attacked and runs off to a cabin. What ever happened to calling the police? Give us something more than what we've been getting the past three months.
