Hope and Liam talk, Brooke confronts Amber, and Taylor and Steffy argue with Brooke.
At home, Hope tells Liam she knows he dislikes secrets, but she won't let this tear them apart. She tells him she was overwhelmed, but should have trusted him from the start. Liam embraces her and says he should have realized. He assures her she won't have to go through this alone anymore. They discuss how public it's become. Liam says he hates what this has done to her - and to them. Hope admits she started seeing Dr. Barton after their first night together. Liam says they'll deal with this together, but no more secrets. They kiss. Hope asks Liam to go to Steffy for an annulment one more time. He grimaces. Hope says it would take all the pressure away. Liam agrees.
Brooke confronts Amber in Rick's office at Forrester. Amber tells her to stop worrying about her and look after Hope - she fainted in the Forrester pool and has now gone to tell Liam everything. Brooke is skeptical that Hope opened up to Amber and warns her to stay away from her. Amber says she's the one who encouraged Hope to tell Liam the truth - she sure hopes he understands...
In Steffy's office, she tells Taylor that Brooke kept pushing Hope on Liam, so whatever is wrong is partly her fault. Taylor says Thomas also sensed that there were problems with Hope and Liam. Steffy says Liam told her about Hope's mood swings - she wasn't even grateful after he saved her. Taylor agrees there is reason for concern. Steffy says Hope is still a little girl who wants that romantic fairytale - and she 'gave it up' before she was ready. Brooke comes in and learns that Liam talked to Steffy about Hope. Steffy says something is going on - she thinks Brooke knows what it is. Brooke narrows her eyes and accuses Steffy of relishing the idea of them having problems. Taylor suggests Brooke should be worrying about Hope. Brooke thinks Taylor should advise Steffy to move on. Steffy says if Hope and Liam aren't meant to be, it's better for them to find out now.
