LIAM (WILLIAM) SPENCER III'S HISTORY
Liam came to L.A. as a computer technician interning at Forrester Creations. Liam accidentally recorded a conversation between Ridge and Steffy revealing the tryst between Oliver and Brooke. Justin Barber overheard the tape and used it to cause major problems. Liam admitted the truth to the Forresters, and announced that he was seeking his father - he thought it might be Ridge. Ultimately, it came down to a paternity test between Thorne and Bill to see who was Liam's biological father - it turned out to be Bill.
Liam dates Hope Logan, who along with Katie, helped Liam and Bill forge a bond. On the night Bill introduced Liam to the world, Amber followed him home and took advantage of a concussion by telling him that they'd had sex. Amber claimed to be pregnant with Liam's baby, but when her child was born, it quickly became known that Marcus Forrester was the father.
Liam and Hope continued dating happily until he rescued Steffy from a near-death mishap in her bathtub. Steffy then set her sights on her knight in shining armor. She and Liam forged a connection of friendship that included flirtation and even kisses. When Hope spotted them kissing and broke things off with Liam, Steffy was there for Liam, and he proposed to her. They celebrated their engagement in Aspen, where Steffy planned a surprise wedding ceremony, managing to hold off Hope with Bill's help, until the vows were complete. Back in Los Angeles, Liam seems torn between his love for Hope and his love for his new wife.

Wednesday, May 22 2013: Hormones Out Of Whack.
Liam and Steffy enter their house. She thinks it seems empty now that their baby's gone. They both shed tears. Steffy wants him to get his anger out. Liam won't beat up on her; it's over. Steffy wishes she'd never gone to the beach house. She screams, "I wish I'd died instead of my baby!" Liam asks her not to say that and holds her. Liam gets a reminder text from Hope. Steffy tells him she wants to get pregnant as soon as possible. Liam feels they should focus on her recovery first. He settles her for a nap and holds her. Later, Taylor brings soup and Steffy tells her Liam had to go out. Taylor says she told Hope to keep her distance. Steffy can't think about her right now. She tells her mother she's not okay; she's responsible for her child's death.
Liam embraces Hope in her office. He talks about the shock of losing the baby. She asks about Steffy. He says she's beating herself up about getting on the bike. Hope says she's a risk-taker and wonders if he's expressed his angry feelings. He's still figuring that out.
Tuesday, May 21 2013: We're Expecting You To Deliver.
In Malibu, Taylor talks to Steffy about seeing the doctor. Steffy says the doctor can't bring her baby back.
At the doctor's office, Taylor says the OB/GYN can help her cope with her loss; part of what she's going through is hormonal. The doctor enters, joining Steffy, Taylor, and Liam. Liam and Tay tell her how Steffy destroyed the motorcycle. The doctor says Steffy will bounce back from this. Steffy just wants to be examined and go home. Liam goes to sign papers. The doctor asks Steffy to go easy on herself. She's not sure she can. Taylor asks how long until they can try to get pregnant again. The OB/GYN says it's what she's comfortable with. Tay thinks it might help them recover emotionally. Liam returns and takes a call from Hope who wants to get together and talk. He says he'll call her back. Steffy tells Liam she feels guilty and asks for forgiveness. She wants to get pregnant again soon.
