I'm Not Sure I Can Forgive Him.

At Hope’s house, Liam pleads with Hope to forgive him. He claims to have no memory of that night with Amber. She doesn’t know what to believe. He apologizes and begs her to forgive him. Their voices wake Brooke up and she comes downstairs in her robe to join them. Hope tells Liam that she needs to speak to Brooke alone and he leaves. Hope confides that something really bad happened and explains it to her mom. She tells Brooke that Liam doesn’t know what happened but that Amber said they slept together. Brooke says that Amber would say anything and thinks that Liam doesn't deserve Hope. She’s not sure if she can forgive him. Hope asks Brooke if she thinks Liam is telling her the truth and wonders how she will ever be sure what happened. Brooke says they need to get all the facts and says there is only one person who knows what really happened. Brooke will talk to Amber first thing in the morning and get to the bottom of it. Mom and daughter hug.

How Could You Let This Happen!

At the picnic, Hope asks Liam if he and Amber went all the way. He says it's possible - she claims they did. Hope gasps, and asks how he could do this to them! She goes ballistic and talks about how if she had gone over to his place that night she would have found him in bed with Amber! She stalks off angrily as Liam calls for her to come back. He follows her into the house and tries to explain that he doesn't remember anything - he just woke up and found her there naked in his bed. He's not even convinced they did anything - he's not attracted to her. Hope cries and says he let this happen. She asks if he used protection - Amber could be pregnant. Liam protests that he was unconscious. Tears run down his face. He tells Hope he would never purposefully hurt her, and appeals to her to tell him that she forgives him.

It's Positive!

At their picnic, Hope asks Liam why he's acting so serious. He says he's made mistakes in his life - but this one's a doozy. She tells him to keep it to himself then, so as not to ruin their picnic. Liam laughs nervously and says he wouldn't want to ruin their time together. Liam pulls out a box from his coat - it's a necklace he's been carrying around for a week. He asks her to wear it and remember how good they are together. She asks him to put it on, but he says he has to tell her something first. Liam explains that something happened the night of the party - when he went home, he wasn't alone. He says someone followed him and came in - it was Amber.

Sick Puppy.

At home, Liam sheds a tear as he thinks back to waking up beside Amber. Hope calls and wants him to come over. He says he has something to tell her, but he'll do it when he gets there. Liam hangs up and says to himself, "I have to."

Liam meets Hope in the garden where she has made them a picnic as a surprise. They embrace and Liam looks ill. Hope notices his hesitation and apologizes for leaving the party the other night. Liam expresses regret that he didn't stand up to Bill and have her stand up on the stage beside him. Liam says there is something he needs to tell her.

Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.

At Dayzee's, Whip asks Taylor if she's okay. She says she's fine, but notes how odd it is that Brooke and Stephanie have become so close. She says she feels like she's being marginalized. They head for the mistletoe again. Eric plays the keyboard and everyone sings 'Jingle Bells'. After, Dayzee brings Stephanie a gift - it's her two favorite quotes from the wall on Skid Row. Stephanie suggests they hang them in the coffee house. Dayzee agrees. Pam and Felicia make the rounds with Pam's lemon bars. As Hope talks to Stephanie, Brooke comes through the door with Ridge's guitar and whispers to him, "You don't use this anymore, right?" She takes it over to Anthony and wishes him a Merry Christmas. Anthony is overwhelmed and tells Ridge he'll cherish it.

Still at the Christmas celebration, Brooke calls Thomas to come with her. Taylor grabs Ridge's arm in panic. They watch as Brooke introduces Thomas to Anthony. Ridge tells Taylor she doesn't have to worry about Brooke and Thomas - he promises. Stephanie brings Kevin from the mission over to meet Taylor. She offers him her card. Taylor thanks Stephanie for introducing her as her best friend - she's felt so alone. Stephanie reassures Taylor of her love. Taylor apologizes for seeming irrational. They embrace. Ridge takes Brooke aside and teases her about giving his guitar away. They watch Anthony with it and smile. At the big Christmas tree, the children open toys and gifts. Eric asks Stephanie if she's happy. She says pretty much, but hopes her end doesn't come too soon. She ponders on all the time she's wasted. Eric tells her she's living now, and asks if he can give a speech. He rises and pays homage to Stephanie, the woman he loves. He makes her a promise before everyone that they will all live up to her ideals. He vows to treasure every moment he has left with her in this world. Anthony plays 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas', and Dayzee sings too.

Giving Is Living.

Ridge and Hope have arrived at Dayzee's and Stephanie asks Hope where her mom is. Ridge says she promised to be there as soon as she could. Taylor and Whip arrive, and Stephanie tells them it was a no-brainer to buy the cafe for them - they saved her life. Dayzee appears and says this place will make a real difference - she thinks Stephanie is a real inspiration. Dayzee steps aside and tells Taylor that she's thinking about her friend Anthony who's been missing. She could imagine him entertaining here. Taylor reassures her and then returns to Whip. They kiss under the mistletoe. Just then, Brooke arrives with Anthony. She marvels at the new sign - Dayzee's. Stephanie rushes over to greet her. Dayzee spots Anthony and they get caught up. Brooke introduces Anthony to Stephanie and Ridge. Stephanie and Brooke giggle over her buying the coffee house. Stephanie tells Anthony she wants to repay him for helping Brooke that day - she asks if he'd like a job. He replies, "God bless you." Stephanie gets up to speak again. She says she's alive because of them - they are one family, one village. Dayzee joins her as she talks about reaching out to give someone a helping hand. Stephanie tells them giving is living. She then catches up with some of the people she had met previously at the mission.

Two Families.

Down on Skid Row, Brooke and Katie wander about looking for Anthony. Brooke worries she won't be able to find him. They ask a man Brooke recognizes from the mission, but he hasn't seen Anthony either. Katie and Brooke decide to go to the mission and ask around. Along the route, Katie remarks on the people living just beneath tarps, and what a huge problem the homeless situation is. Suddenly, they hear a man singing - it's Anthony! He asks Brooke if she lost her friend again.

Dayzee's.

Brooke calls out Hope's name as she comes down the stairs at home, but there's no reply. She calls Stephanie and says she's been thinking about Anthony. Stephanie tells her she'll ask Dayzee if she knows how to find him. Hope comes in from her walk and talks to her mother about walking out on Liam at his party. She says it hurt to see him being touted as an eligible bachelor, but she now feels she shouldn't have left. Brooke doesn't think she has anything to feel bad about. Hope says it was Bill's fault and she took it out on Liam. She muses that she tried to call him, but his phone is turned off.
