What Happens in Paris, Stays in Paris.

Before big fragrance meeting starts, Eric and Stephanie give their condolences to Ashley for the loss of her father. Phoebe is introduced to Ashley, who compliments her on her new modeling career. Brooke starts to introduce Rick to Ashley, but Rick admits that they worked together while in Paris. Brooke is a little stumped, but offers that if Ashley agrees to come to F.O., they can pick up where they left off. They get down to business and Ashley pulls out some samples of fragrances that she has already put together. She assures them that there will be no conflict of interest with Jabot (her family business). She suggests that their fragrance (that is to be called "Phoebe") should be youthful, but she wants to add some maturity to the traditional florals. Phoebe likes that idea.

Ashley has enjoyed her tour of the new office space and drops in on Rick. He asks where she's staying so that he can drop off their employment proposal for her to consider. She closes the door to his office and asks if he's sure that he's okay with her working with them. She tells him that what they had was fun and exciting, but that she doesn't expect anything from him. They agree that happens in Paris, stays in Paris. Phoebe comes in and calls Rick "sexy" before she sees that Ashley is in his office, too. After she leaves, Rick comes clean and explains his relationship with Phoebe and how complicated it is.

Rick is alone in his office and the woman finally finds him. It's Ashley Abbott! She tells him that it's good to see him again and he says that the pleasure is all his.
