What Company Director/Owner instates a new President without training said candidate for the position.

While he was in a coma his 'young bride' was photographed in the international press with her supposed lover Owen.

Moreover, he returns to work after coming out of the coma only to demote one of his most experienced designers with an untried candidate, who also happens to be his youngest son.

I ask you, seriously gang, what serious business man in his right mind would put both his company and reputation at risk, unless he has in fact lost his mind.

Given what is at stake, Eric SHOULD have both a durable and medical power of attorney set up. My guess is that it should be Thorne as the genetic son, although it could be anyone. A living will is a good thing but it is just the beginning. Somebody should be assigned to make the hard decissions if he reaches a point where he is no longer seen as being capable of making them for himself. Without the medical power of attorney, there must be a court hearing and that can be a real mess.
