    So I'm rather new to the board, and I'm wondering what the main topic(s) were before this ridiculous love triangle of Liam/Hope/Steffy??? I mean as soon as I log on all I see is Steffy is pathetic, Hope is delusional, Who does Liam love...blah blah blah. So let's have a non bios convoy plz about what everyone talked about before this sickening triangle

    LOL, well this "triangle" has been going on for the better part of a year now, but no worries.......there is never a shortage of fun discussion.....

    Last year was Berrygate, and there is still lively debate on a sentence from Taylor from 2006 in an AA meeting.....

    Welcome to the boards. I, too, am rather new to the boards and totally agree with you.
    I have tried to start neutrel topics so as to have a fun debate and not hostile attacks, but it doesn't always work.
    I have found that it also doesn't help to try and not be a name caller or state an opinion based on fact.
    I always appreciate when someone sets me straight when I get a fact wrong.
    Again welcome. I have started a topic to discuss the fashion lines and you are welcome to discuss with me.

    Welcome to the board! Glad you are on board. No pun intended. Everyone fought about the same triangle of a love relationship. The triangle was the previous generation, Taylor and Brooke fought over Ridge. I wouldn't know where to begin. One time Taylor and Ridge were getting remarried, and Brooke rode in on a horse, into the living room, just as Ridge and Taylor were saying their vows, and about to say I Do. There is no new storyline or original writing, just the next generation.

    tells Brooke "I want my husband back!" Do you think
    Brooke gave her husband back to Taylor? Well, heck "NO".
    That started another fight. Who did she think she

    Haha! I hope that mess never starts up again.

    Let's not forget the lovely battles of:
    Stephanie vs. Brooke

    These are interesting because of the whole "sex is bad" vs. "sex is natural" debates that are always included.

    There were also the fights re. Taylor saying "Stay away from my husband" and finding Brooke clad in lingerie/naked stuck in the elevator with Ridge, Brooke naked in Taylor's bed etc. etc. etc.

    Did the married Ridge succumb to Brooke's temptations for 10 yrs? Heck no - Ridge was loyal and loved Tay foremost. That is until Bell Jnr rewrote history after Tay's 2nd death and trashed the beautiful Tridge family.

    With this current stupid Steffy/Liam/Hope triangle, after 2 decades of Tridge/Bridge triangle, it's no wonder many fans are fed-up and more fun just to argue for the sake of arguing

    Logans verses Forresters...long before the Spencers were talked about.
    I remember some pretty fun topics about crazy Pam.

    Before this, there was:

    Thomas and Stephanie Berry scandal

    Amber-who's the daddy scandal

    Katie/Bill/Steffy triangle

    I think that was the major stuff of 2011. Unless Stephanie had cancer in 2011. I can't remember if that was 2010 or 2011.

    But for fall 2011 to now, I don't even think there has been another plot except Hope/Liam/Steffy. The other plots, if there were any, happened kind of off screen.

    Oh, there was the designs scandal with Pam.

    Jackie gave Owen to Bridget and Bridget gave him back--mostly off screen.

    Donna/Nick/Pam triangle, which fizzled.

    There was a stock plot that also seemed to just fizzle out.
