Why is Steffy so desperate?

I think it has to do with wanting love and approval. She always lost her twin, so she feels she is missing something in her life. I think she wants to get married, so it will fill the void, of the absent father, and the loss of her twin. |

What doesn't make any sence is why does Steffy's character change from one day to the next. She was showing a lot of maturity and self respect lately. Now I don't know what to think. She does appear desperate and has lost all self respect when she is with Liam. Did she really fall into Liam's I really do want you trap again. Ah Steffy doesn't been there done that and got burnt sound fimiliar. Are we going to see the mature Steffy again when she realises she just got passed over again. I sure hope so. Take back your not complaining comment and start complaining. Don't stop till the jerk is out of your system. |

Now about the character. I believe people do crazy things when they are in love. There is nothing desperate about having hope and faith in someone you love. She is trying to see this through to the end. Just as Hope, when she was stealing kisses from Liam, lost her virginity to liam, while he was sill married to Steffy. To be fair to Hope who is about to get hurt so bad married to this slime. Steffy was kissing Liam and chasing him why he was engaged to Hope. no difference,. paper or not,. |

Any beautiful, accomplished, smart, woman I know and have known would have kicked Liam to the curb a long time ago. Steffy should be one of those women.......  I felt a little bad for Steffy in the bathroom, as that was defining moment........Liam had the opportunity to tell Hope that he was in love with her, but clearly still very much in love with Steffy......he knew Steffy was listening and he did not  .....Some say he tried, but typical Liam, he lets everyone make his tough decisions......lol, except the one person who wants to, his dad......  To me, whatever Steffy does after this second opportunity that Liam had to end things with Hope and stay with her, is key. Of course, in CA there is that 3rd Strike Law, so I suppose Liam will get another chance to dump her and break her heart..... When will Steffy learn that seemingly, Liam always turns to her when Hope breaks his heart, and so far, he always goes back.......please Steffy, get a clue, this bozo is not worth the effort......

I'm probably OT. I think this pathetic s/l, triangle, repeat history again is desperation on Mr. bell to keep his ratings up. As a poster stated earlier one week he has Steffy being strong the next week she's being portrayed weak to prop up nonsense. As for Sreffy being desperate I will admit when she accept the ring in the first place Liam was showing desperation and she should have ran then. Hope Brooke, Katie and even, Rick have been desperate during this mess. $Bill a man has show most desperation. People in general are desperate at different times of their lives for different reasons. Those this make them a bad person. Anyone on this board states that they have not been desperate at one time or another HMMMM. |
