Quote daisy1984: Quote LoganH8tr: Just saw the spoiler video...Liam is reluctant to get married. More and more I believe that Liam feels an obligation to Hope and feels some sort of guilt and that's the main reason he is marrying her. Of course he can't admit it to those who are telling him to marry Steffy, because then it would make it harder for him to marry Hope. Guilt is something the Logans NEVER feel, but always use as a weapon to get what they want. He didn't have any obligation to his wife. Liam had 6 months to decide he wanted to stay with Steffy. For days now, he has looked like he is absolutely in love with Hope. He was genuinely upset when he thought Hope had run out on him. We already saw this with Liam when Hope broke off the engagement. Liam is upset with Hope so he turns to Steffy when what he should be doing is talking to Hope. Why Steffy let him do this again is what I don't understand. I would have thought she had more respect for herself than to let him use her again. What? He had no obligation to his wife? What about those "to death do us part vows" that Steffy hoped he'd live up to, which was why she refused the annulment? She hoped that in 6 months, he'd come to his senses and honor his OBLIGATION to her. |

Quote J.K.: Correct me please if I am wrong but I NEVER heard Liam tell Hope that the wedding was off or that he was unsure about devorcing Steffy. Ripping up the annullment papers IMO was honoring Steffy feelings about the marriage having meant something. So now again we have to be subjected to Liam being controlled by his dad. Been there done that it dindnt work the first time did it. End this please! J.K., this is what happens tomorro, not what has already happened. check out the sneek peek for Friday. |

And Brooke did have self respect???? I think not. I watched Ridge walk out on her over and over and again and she just screamed and cried with a chirpy voice no Wiiiiiiiidge. Hope took back doofus Liam a man that got engaged to another woman in the SAME night she broke up with him. They ALL need some self esteem. You should take a look at 2006, probably like February, if you want to see Brooke's self respect as she forced Ridge to jump through hoops to get her back. |

It took Brooke roughly 20 years to finally gain some self-respect. I hope it doesn't take the rest of the female characters that long. |

Guilt is something the Logans NEVER feel, but always use as a weapon to get what they want. this is how I see it too! Liam feels like he has to do it. I don't think he wants to at all. Why would a man leave his wife because he feels he HAS to fullfill an obligation for a woman he has been daydreaming about, who he was/is very much in love with? He had plenty of opertunity to deobligate himself, starting with when he said "I Do" to Steffy. Like Liam said...he was on a path with Hope and he has to continue on that path. Yes he loves her, but that isn't the reason he is marrying her. Obligation is a muther***** I really don't think it's that hard to see through the BS in this excuse he gave. The bottom line here is he chose to honor Hope and her feelings over Steffy's. When it came down the line as to which woman it would be, he dumped Steffy on her duff and he is about to do it again. Now, I keep saying I like Steffy. I will not defend her through any idiot behavior, certainly not. And I will also NOT defend and try to justify any of Liam's stupid behavior. I don't know why anyone would want to. This excuse Liam gave is BS! And this crap he just said to Steffy NOW is BS! Steffy should have laughed at him and walked out. And if Hope had all the information that Steffy has, then Hope also ought to laugh in his face and walk out. I do not know what is so hard to see about the fact that Liam is a lyng, whinny, shell of a man, who mistreats BOTH women, but so far, has mistreated Steffy THE MOST. |

I really want to wait to see the ENTIRE epi, and this is just speculation but Hope tells Liam no matter what he did they will be getting married! WTH? And in case no one has brought this up, Liam and Steffy were in Hope's room to begin with. When Hope returned Liam was in his room. They are in Liam's room. Hope told Liam she was sorry for taking over his room to prepare for the wedding that morning. When Hope left, she apparently left Deacon in Liam's room. Alison entered and left the note in there. Liam went to that same room where the note was. Bill tells Steffy to find Liam at the hotel. Steffy goes straight to liam's own room (logically, not to Hope's room.) Hope returns and says that Deacon left the note for her, which means she'd last been in Liam's room, not her own. |

Just the first I can think of at the time. It seemed to have taken Taylor about that long, if we can believe that she's actually over it right now. |

Quote fortaylor: navitavi, I missed the first few minutes of the epi yesterday about the room thing. Thanks for clearing it up. No worries. It only stuck in my head because I writer recaps for another soap board, and I have to pay attention to minor crap like this. Which is why I had to go back and check out Liam's bed right now. And the pillows are disheveled, the blanket that was folded at the foot of the bed is now more toward the head of the bed, and Liam's shirt is untucked, and he no longer is wearing his jacket or his tie. Even with all that said, I still think that's a setup, so we'll think they slept together. I just still refuse to believe that Bell would not air a game-changing sex scene like that. Oh, and I also refuse to believe that Steffy, who is anything but nasty with bad hygiene, would put those same clothes back on. At that point, I'd figure she'd be wearing some of Liam's clothes, since she supposedly doesn't have many clothes and they are rushing to the airport. Steffy, Hope, and hopefully any woman is too clean to do that. Just had a thought--Bell might not be too clean for it! |

I agree on the bed I have paused it at every scene and everything is perfect until Hope comes in and the pillows are moved one is on the side and the throw at the bottom is moved etc so IF they did it or make like they did it in a hurry the bed says yes they did. But if we were not in soap land and in real life most men including my husband would still be there sleeping after sex. Just my thoughts |
