Yes, and Brooke, and Katie also giggle like morons. Obviously "defective Logan genes"
But, Hope is hands down the most annoying person to ever live, followed by Brooke, then Katie. I hate Katie with a passion, cannot stand her, but I will admit she does have the prettiest hair on the show. Especially next to the straggly, straw haired, blonde bimbos

LMAO Girl your crazy, but I love ya anyway. Can we take a pair of scissors and just cut har bangs. You can't flip what you don't have. Then again she may do it anyway because of habit.
