Without question Jackie is worse. Stephanie meddles, a lot, but it usually to help a member of her family. Or at least what she precives to be help. But Jackie's motives are at times more selfishe. As much history and anomosity as thereis between Brooke and Stephanie, Stephaine was willing to forgive and try to forget for Ridge's sake when he had the heart attack.
