An old Social Security card with the "NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION" message.

    Our Social Security

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social
    Security (FICA) Program. He promised:

    1) That participation in the Program would be completely voluntary......No longer Voluntary

    2) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual incomes into the Program.......
Now 7.65% On the first $90,000.

That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year....No longer tax deductible

    4) That the money the participants put in went to the
Independent 'Trust Fund' rather than into the General Operating Fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other
Government program, and....Under Johnson the money was moved to The General Fund and spent.

    5) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income.

Under Clinton & Gore up to 85% of your Social Security can be taxed. Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month --
and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to put away -- you may be interested in the following:

    ------------ --------- --------- --------- ---------

Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the
Independent 'Trust Fund' and put it into the
General Fund so that Congress could spend it?

A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the Democratically
    controlled House and Senate.

    ------------ --------- --------- --------- ---------

Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax
deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding?

    A: The Democratic Party.

    ------------ --------- --------- --------- ---------

Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social
    Security annuities?

A: The Democratic Party with Al Gore casting the 'tie-breaking' deciding vote as President of the Senate, while he was Vice President of the U.S.

    ------------ --------- --------- --------- ---------

Q: Which Political Party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants?

    A: That's right!

Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments! The Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it!

    ------------ -- ------------ --------- -----

Then, after violating the original contract (FICA),
the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans
want to take your Social Security away!

And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens believe it! If enough people read this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe changes will evolve. But it's worth a try.

Actions speak louder than bumper stickers.

Busted!… State Department Scrubs Damning Memo From Website Following Deadly 9-11 Consulate Attacks

--->>>You won't hear about this from the Lame Steam Media Lapdogs....

On Wednesday September 12, 2012 blogger Speak With Authority discovered that five days before 9-11, the US State Department sent out a memo announcing no credible security threats against the United States on the anniversary of 9-11.

The Overseas Security Advisory Council, who posted the memo, is part of the Bureau of Diplomatic Security under the U.S. Department of State.

An Executive Order You Should Know About

    Dear Friend,

With all that is going in Washington these days some things don’t make the news the way they should. Fourteen days ago President Obama issued an Executive Order that you should know about.

This order gives an unprecedented level of authority to the President and the federal government to take over all the fundamental parts of our economy - in the name of national security - in times of national emergency.

This means all of our water resources, construction services and materials (steel, concrete, etc.), our civil transportation system, food and health resources, our energy supplies including oil and natural gas – even farm equipment – can be taken over by the President and his cabinet secretaries. The Government can also draft U.S. citizens into the military and force U.S. citizens to fulfill "labor requirements" for the purposes of "national defense." There is not even any Congressional oversight, only briefings are required.

By issuing this as an Executive Order the President puts the federal government above the law, which, in a democracy, is never supposed to happen.

As President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, he has the Constitutional authority to issue executive orders. And while similar orders have been made before by presidents from Eisenhower and Reagan to Clinton and George Bush – it has never been done to this extent.

It is still unclear why this order was signed now, and what the consequences are for our nation – especially during times of peace. This type of Martial Law imposes a government takeover on U.S. citizens that is typically reserved for national emergencies, not in a time of relative peace.

I want you to know I am following this very closely. If you would like to read the order for yourself please click here:

ACORN Brass, Union Organizers Divide $10 Mil Retirement Fund

---->>>Do you think the shmucks actually care if you get the retirement that you worked so hard for....NOT!!

Embroiled in a multitude of corruption scandals, the “defunct” Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) has liquidated and distributed to its cronies millions of dollars from in an in-house retirement fund at the center of a major embezzlement scheme.

The recent payout was discovered in the course of Judicial Watch’s ongoing investigation of the Obama-tied community organization that operated fraudulent voter registration drives during the 2008 presidential campaign. Last year JW published a special report (“The Rebranding of ACORN”) outlining ACORN’s illegal activities, including its involvement in the housing market meltdown.

ACORN members also embezzled at least $5 million under the helm of founder Wade Rathke and his brother, Dale Rathke, the group’s former chief financial officer. In fact, Dale got busted for stealing $1 million from ACORN in 2000 and the money came mostly from the nonprofit’s in-house retirement fund, known as the ACORN Beneficial Association (ABA). ACORN executives kept the crime from board members and law enforcement, according to media reports.

Last month the ABA liquidated and distributed more than $10 million in assets to ACORN veterans and union organizers, JW’s probe found. ACORN founder Wade Rathke actually brags about it on his blog, where he writes: “For some of the people who I hired in the early 70’s who logged in 10, 20, and even 30 years working with me, these transfers are serious money in the six figures. A couple of my long time union organizers with Local 100 are looking at enough money to think about trying to buy houses for the first time, retire debts, and put aside savings.”

This is a disgrace considering that, despite a myriad of legal scandals, ACORN for years enjoyed a huge flow of taxpayer dollars to promote its various leftwing causes. Congress could no longer ignore the issue and finally passed a law in 2009 banning federal funding for the Chicago-based community activist organization. The measure specifically prohibits any federal contract, grant, cooperative agreement or other form of agreement from being awarded to any ACORN affiliate or associate.

The Obama Administration has still managed to slip its various spinoffs some cash, however. Last year JW uncovered documents that show an ACORN reincarnation called Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA) got a $79,819 grant to “combat housing and lending discrimination.” The money came via the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of a $40 million effort to educate the public and combat discrimination

OBAMA’S LIBYA STORY UNRAVELS!… New Info Reveals Terror Attack Was Planned

    Obama’s Libya Story Unravels–

** New information reveals the attack on the US Consulate on 9-11 was pre-planned and highly organized.

And… According to an intelligence source there was no protest at the consulate at the time of the attack. This totally destroys the administration’s wild story that a protest over the YouTube Mohammad video was behind the murder of the US ambassador. This is damning new information especially considering the administration had warnings the area was not safe and reportedly refused adequate security at the consulate.

Missouri Wins Major Victory Against Obama’s Abortion-HHS Mandate

---->>>I love living in Missouri!! Hope other states have enough balls to follow the leader!!

On Wednesday, Missouri lawmakers ignored the warnings of the Obama administration and overrode their governor’s veto to enact religious exemptions to the abortion pill mandate.

The bill, which passed through the state senate on a 26-6 vote and through the house on a 109-45 vote, is now law in Missouri and provides citizens of that state with serious religious freedom protections.

Not only that, but the new law actually provides the extra safeguard of giving Missourians grounds on which to sue should their religious exemptions be violated.

    According to the Associated Press:

The new law allows individuals, employers and insurers to cite religious or moral exemptions from mandatory insurance coverage for abortion, contraception, and sterilization. It also gives the state attorney general — or other individuals and entities — grounds to file lawsuits claiming an infringement of rights if they are compelled to cover contraception.

The Missouri Catholic Conference contends this new law protects freedom of conscience by “[upholding] religious liberty in a very practical way.” And this means that “under this bill, no one can be forced to pay for surgical abortions, abortion-inducing drugs, contraceptives or sterilizations when this violates their moral or religious beliefs.”

This law represents one more step Americans have taken to fight for freedoms that used to be held inviolate before ObamaCare and the subsequent abortion pill mandate were placed upon their backs.

It follows in the steps of Hercules Industries, Hobby Lobby, Seneca Hardware Lumber and others in suing to stop the mandate from taking effect.

It also follows Geneva College, Wheaton College, Biola University, and Grace College and Seminary, to name just a few who are seeking legal protection from the freedom crushing mandate.

The Missouri lawmakers who overrode their Governor’s veto are blazing a trail for freedom in a manner reminiscent of the Founding Fathers: men who were well acquainted with the fighting for liberty against an overbearing government that ruled by edict (or in our case, mandate).

As Alliance Defending Freedom said when the Supreme Court infamously upheld ObamaCare on June 28, the battle against the abortion pill mandate is still far from over. And Missouri lawmakers have proven that is so.

Apple Granted Patent to Disable iPhone Recordings Near Government Buildings or Political Events

----->>>>Looks like Apple sold out to "Big Brother"!! Glad I have a Blackberry!!

You might think that the remote vehicle "start" capabilities offered through some car companies, like OnStar via General Motors, for example, is a "cool" thing to have. If so, realize this: A company that can remotely start your vehicle and unlock your door can also remotely shut you out of it or shut it down completely, especially if forced to do so by authorities (who may or may not have a court order to do so). That kind of technology works both ways, so to speak.

That's an important thing to consider, given the fact that Apple, Inc., was recently granted a patent enabling the company to wirelessly disable the camera function on specific iPhones in certain locations, "sparking fears that such techniques could be used to prevent citizens from communicating with each other or taking video during protests or events such as political conventions and gatherings," reported.

In this electronic day and age, just about all of us are aware that cellphone-generated video is easy to take and easy to upload to an audience of millions within moments. Most of us have seen the cellphone video of a fight or a confrontation or another impactful incident involving civilians and authorities. It's a powerful medium that very often offers a point of view not available to the mainstream media - but carried by them, nonetheless.

That may all be about to change.

    Freedom is not a given

Theoretically, according to U.S. Patent No. 8,254,902, published recently, "apparatus and methods of enforcement of policies upon a wireless device" could be implemented with the flick of an electronic switch.

    According to the patent:

Apparatus and methods for changing one or more functional or operational aspects of a wireless device, such as upon the occurrence of a certain event. In one embodiment, the event comprises detecting that the wireless device is within range of one or more other devices. In another variant, the event comprises the wireless device associating with a certain access point. In this manner, various aspects of device functionality may be enabled or restricted (device "policies"). This policy enforcement capability is useful for a variety of reasons, including for example to disable noise and/or light emanating from wireless devices (such as at a movie theater), for preventing wireless devices from communicating with other wireless devices (such as in academic settings), and for forcing certain electronic devices to enter "sleep mode" when entering a sensitive area.

What that means is, an encoded signal could possibly be transmitted to all wireless devices entering "a sensitive area" (and who defines what that is?) which would command them to disable all recording functions.

    Feeling safer now?

The fear, obviously, is that this capability can and will be used by authorities at given times to control what you can and cannot document on your personal device, based on their whims and needs.

Not a good development for those who love freedom.

Just when technology was set to make more of the world instantly accessible...

This development comes on top of an innovation by technology companies to make wireless connectivity a major component of the latest cameras; this would not bode well for photographers and citizen journalists who are already having their first and fourth amendment rights trampled.

Says Michael Zhang at the tech site Peta Pixel:

"If this type of technology became widely adopted and baked into cameras, photography could be prevented by simply setting a 'geofence' around a particular location, whether it's a movie theater, celebrity hangout spot, protest site, or the top secret rooms at 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California."

The same site offers some soothing advice as well:

"Companies often file patents for all kinds of random technologies that never end up seeing the light of day, so you shouldn't be too concerned about this latest document. It's just a warning of what the future could potentially hold."

    Transfer ‘Blind Sheikh’ to Egypt

----->>>>>Why is this being apease/make nice with the "Brotherhood". Another instance of the Illegal Resident in the White House doing his best to make America look weak.

The U.S. State Department is actively considering negotiations with the Egyptian government for the transfer of custody of Omar Abdel-Rahman, also known as “the Blind Sheikh,” for humanitarian and health reasons, a source close to the the Obama administration told TheBlaze.

The Department of Justice, however, told TheBlaze that Rahman is serving a life sentence and is not considered for possible “release.” Previous calls to the State Department were referred to the Department of Justice and so far, the State Department has neither confirmed nor denied the report.

Glenn Beck revealed the controversial news on his show Monday.

The Blind Sheikh is currently serving a life sentence in American prison for his role in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, but the newly-elected Islamist government in Egypt has been actively petitioning his release. Many have pinpointed a cause of last week‘s unrest in in the country to be protests over the Blind Sheikh’s release — not an anti-Muslim YouTube video.

Citing the handling of the current crisis in the Middle East, and the administration’s explanation that an anti-Islamic video is to blame, Beck warned that the administration may be trying to initiate a “Bubba effect.”

“If this is true…I believe this administration is trying to initiate a ‘Bubba effect,’” he explained. “That is, the average person turning against the government, collectively…because no one trusts them.”

Unreal: College Professor Tries To Force Students To Vote For Obama By Making Them Sign Pledge…

---->>>>College level corruption...How to get that unearned college degree....just sign this pledge to vote to keep the Illegal Resident in the White House and you get an "A".

A college professor has been placed on leave after she allegedly forced her class to sign a pledge to vote for President Obama in the upcoming elections.

Early last week Professor Sharon Sweet at Brevard Community College (BCC) allegedly told students to sign a pledge that reads: “I pledge to vote for President Obama and Democrats up and down the ticket.”

The pledge was printed off of, a website funded by the Obama campaign.

University administrators said they learned about the incident late Thursday afternoon and launched an investigation, after they received a phone call from a concerned parent.

“Based on the allegations, Associate Professor Sweet has requested, and been granted, a leave of absence without pay effective immediately,” reads a statement put out by John Glisch, Associate Vice President for Communications at BCC.

“The college will continue its investigation into the matter, which will include interviews with all students in her class,” continues the statement.

Sweet’s actions may have also violated Florida’s election laws.

Section 104.31, of Title IX in chapter 104, states that “no officer or employee of the state... shall... use his or her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with an election or nomination of officer or influencing another person’s vote or affecting the result thereof.”
