The Obama campaign blamed Governor Mitt Romney for the demise of GST Steel company in a video they released in May. The plant closed in 2001. Mitt left Bain in 1999.
For some reason the Obama camp forgot to mention this… Obama’s top bundler Jonathan Lavine was in charge of Bain during the BST layoffs. Chuck Slowe reported:

The UN treaty could override national sovereignty and give a license to federal governments to assert preemptive powers over state regulatory powers.
The biggest public danger is not public ownership of small weapons. It's a government with a "monopoly of force" over the global population. The UN spells it out in this document which reveals a table entitled "Governance solutions for reasserting the state monopoly on the use of force". It lists the options available to governments to re-establish "monopolies of force" against their own people.
