Janet says yes to Dusty, Barbara leaves Henry with Vienna and Liberty decides to keep figthing.
Carly shows up at the farm house to look after Janet. They argue and Carly refuses to let her play house with Jack.
In Minneapolis, Liberty wishes Parker didn't have to leave but she doesn't want him to give up school for her. She's exhausted. Her doctor comes in and talks to her. She calls her mother but she's so exhausted she can barely talk. Parker asks Janet to get there as soon as possible so she can talk to the doctor.
At the station, Dusty and Jack bicker about Janet and her moving on. Dusty says he wants to adopt the child. Jack refuses to allow that. "I thought all you wanted was Carly?" Dusty asks. Jack begins shouting and refuses to let Dusty have any say in the way his child is raised. The veins in Jack's neck throb. Carly comes in and asks what's going on. Jack turns red as he berates Dusty. Janet rushes in and announces that she needs to go and see Liberty. They all run off.
Dusty and Janet arrive in Liberty's hospital room. Janet wishes she'd brought lasagna but her daughter's not that hungry. Janet asks her what she wants to do. Liberty is sure Parker would never forgive her if she gave up so she's determined to fight.
In the corridor, Parker freaks out when the doctor suggests that Liberty will have to make a choice about what to do with her treatment. He's desperate for her not to give up. Dusty comes out and announces that Liberty will continue treatment.
When Jack goes in to see Liberty, Janet is in the middle of telling her that she's pregnant. Liberty isn't happy to hear it. Janet says the baby is a miracle and promises that it is more than a donor baby. Jack backs her up and then leaves. Liberty is sure Jack is unhappy about this and still thinks this is a terrible idea. Dusty sends Janet out and tells Liberty they are all fighting for her and the baby will get lots of love. She still doesn't think this is fair. Dusty explains that he loves her mother and wants to marry her and raise the child. "It could be kind of cool," she decides. They call Janet in and Liberty tells her mother to say 'yes' to Dusty. Janet finally agrees to marry him. They kiss and he slips the ring on her finger. Jack returns as she's showing off the stone. Jack tells Janet she deserves to be happy. Dusty shakes his hand. When Jack walks out, he stares sadly and then pulls off his ring.
At the hotel, Carly tells Parker that Janet is pregnant. They try to be positive about it. He wonders what this means for her and Jack. She packs his stuff and assures him everything will be fine. They joke around about how Carly is finally growing up. She says she'll never let anything get between her and what she wants again. Jack arrives. Parker leaves to say goodbye to Liberty. Jack tells Carly about Janet getting engaged and grouses about Dusty raising his kid. They kiss.
Barbara walks into the Lakeview and catches Henry making out with Vienna. She loudly welcomes the other woman back. They sit down and Vienna talks about how much she's missed Henry and worried she'd lost him. Now that he's making up for his freak out over his paternity, she can let go of her anger and forgive him for sleeping with Barbara. "It wasn't your fault Henry had sex with you," Vienna tells Barbara, who doesn't appreciate the snide comment. Vienna is sure Henry's mother forced him into. He's desperate to escape but the women won't budge. Vienna rants about how everything James touched is old, sick and corrupt. She wants to settle back into their room. Barbara asks her if she's curious about who has been spending time in that room while she was gone. She doesn't say any more, however, and leaves them alone.
Henry chases Barbara down outside of Fashions. He thanks her for being classy and not telling Vienna about them. She tells him to enjoy the life he just got back. Henry tries to tell her this isn't what he thinks. She insists it's okay and they don't need to pretend that there was more between them than there was.
Barbara goes into Fashions and returns the dress Henry bought for her. Lisa digs into why she's returning it and Barbara blurts out that she's been sleeping with Henry. Lisa gasps and stutters before telling her that she's seen a real spring in her step. Barbara admits it was fun and sadly walks off.
Henry returns to his room and finds Vienna waiting for him in bed. She found a ring in the room and teases him about it. She says it was alright for him to play the field while she was away; after all, she met dozens of rich men while she was away but they couldn't hold a candle to him. They fall into bed. He pulls away and tells her it's too sudden. She tells him she came back for the new him, not the old, selfish one. He declares that he needs to follow his heart and claims he's running to the wine cellar. He walks out and calls Barbara but she doesn't answer. After he gets some wine, he returns to his room and Vienna is dressed as a secretary. When she kisses him, he back her off. She's shocked that he's refusing.
